We had mother's day afternoon tea which was an okay experience. Had better at other hotels. You only got one item per person and the buffet selection was minimal. The live entertainment was too loud, however the hotel itself was lovely. Enjoyed the mocktail on arrival, but the scones were doughy, and cream had vanilla, which made it too sweet.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, we stayed as it was close to the Melbourne Muster where we saw James Johnston and the Sunny Cowgirls perform. Rooms were roomy, comfy, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had, with so much food to choose from. You can even make your own cereal. Fantastic coffee for this coffee snob. Only one downside and that would be to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, which I did, however it left my friends long hair clean but very dry.

My family and I stayed to celebrate Mother’s Day and we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant and the food was amazing, I absolutely loved the coffee brûlée and the steak with the polenta chips was beautiful. We will definitely go back again.

Excellent hotel if the location works for you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and room service seemed readily available most of the time. Service was generally top notch (except for one instance of not being able to get fresh milk for the room fridge). Food was good for a hotel restaurant, which is fortunate as there aren’t any others in walking distance. We have family nearby so will definitely stay again.

The hotel is suitable for a business trip. It has a luxurious look—everything is clean, shiny, and well-presented. Free parking is a plus. However, the room doesn’t have a microwave, or even basic items like a bowl or spoon, which makes it less ideal for families with kids.
