Hyatt Scoresby Melbourne was a newly built hotel. It had extremely clean and very quiet surroundings, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel also had a large car park area. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. We stayed there from 7-9 September 2024. The breakfast was excellent, and the cappuccino was really good. The staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, and eager to assist. Above all, the price was extremely affordable.

Guys, well done - I couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and checking in was simple. The rooms are absolutely amazing, super clean and functional. Food is amazing, cooked with love and very modern. It’s one thing to build something amazing but to deliver the service and quality of food as well is truly deserving of success. Well done, I look forward to my next stay!

A 4 night stay and no coffee or milk after the first morning. A fly, flew into my wine and a cold meal, oh yes it was presented beautifully and tasted lovely but would have been so much nicer hotter. That said the staff have been very friendly and the room very quiet and comfortable.

A very new hotel in a beautiful, established business park. Very clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable for me. Did not try the restaurant though. But there are a few restaurants nearby worth trying.

Have been to the Hyatt many times for lunch. Nice and easy to get to and meet friends half way. Unfortunately this experience was dismal. We usually pay $45 for a bottle of Prosecco but today got the bill and it was $70. We pay $22 in the shops for the same bottle. Disgusting that your made nearly $50 on one bottle. We had many coffees and all cold. Sent back some coffees and next ones cold again. Ridiculous prices.
