Great reception staff, very easy to talk to. Had a few issues with the air-conditioning, but the lovely ladies (sorry to assume genders 😅) at reception were great and wonderfully mannered and got the issue sorted after a reset or two. We asked for extra pillows, and they came fast. They were unfortunately not the pillows we requested, but nevertheless, I was impressed. The room was clean, but the toilet could use some extra TLC. That's all I can say in regard to a cleanliness! We stayed in the premier 1 bedroom apartment with a sky view on the 14th floor. Absolutely stunning view as per advertisement. The kitchen facilities were great. I loved the number of options when it came to tea and coffee. The milk portion given was ideal for the room. I rather enjoyed drinking my coffee and looking out the giant floor to ceiling windows at the city scape. The pool and gym facilities were clean, relaxing, and had equally nice views for the lower level. The towels were easy to find and neat. The 'outdoor' pool shower was great, good temp control, although the water pressure could be fixed a little. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back for longer next time.

Stayed one night at the Adina for a wedding . The room was very clean, however there were some marks on some of the light switches which I needed to clean. There was only one bin in the bathroom, an extra bin in the room would have been good. Something to consider. There does need to be some improvements with regard to sound proofing. I could hear the people next door very well!! The bed was comfortable, the service could have been a little better. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t offer room service Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was neat and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was functional however the toilet was a bit noisy and the shower was hard to balance to a good temperature. The hotel was situated close enough to Southbank that it was only a short walk to get food or go shopping. At night it was quiet and comfortable to sleep. I would stay here again.

This place was incredible I’m usually so disappointed when I book online as they are never as good when you get there. Right from the start I was impressed as I was booking a few rooms for a 50th if I emailed they answered straight away. The location was fabulous central to all of Melbournes fantastic river front restaurants close to the casino. The views of the city were amazing from all of our apartments! They were clean and spacious all we could of wished for. We arrived early and they had one room they let us check in super early it was such a blessing as we hadn’t seen some of the family for 7 years so we were able to sit and chat without going out straight away. The staff were so friendly and the pool and cafe were a lovely bonus! I cannot recommend this place enough I’ll be recommending and if I’m back I know where to stay. Very happy customers

Recently stayed attending a conference near by. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Convenient IGA next door to get bits and pieces. The drop off and pick up for taxis are around the corner which is a bit unusual but staff really helpful ordering a cab and the driver came into the foyer. Mobile phone data service was t great but has complimentary WIFi which is easy to access.
