We stayed one night and had an amazing room! The bath was divine, city views were spectacular and the 11am checkout was a nice touch. We had issues with our TV casting at 11pm and someone came to our room immediately to fix it. Would of loved some room service options but then again, there's plenty to eat nearby so it wasn't inconvenient. We also really appreciated how thick the walls were - there was a party going on next door and we could only really hear it when we were in the corridor. The rooms were exceptional in terms of space and facilities compared to nearby hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we got was amazing. Large and spacious and also very modern! Located in the Southbank it was super convenient. Very close to Flinders Station and everything else. Our room ha d great view! There must have been a miscommunication or misunderstandings about room service. We were there for 3 nights and not once was our room services or cleaned. We had to go to the pool area to get more towels to use for showers. The room rubbish was piling up too. Upon closer inspection, some of the areas were dusty, clearly have not been cleaned for a while. Overall, my partner and I were happy with the hotel except for the no cleaning/ servicing the room.

Superb apartment hotel in an ideal location. Very convenient to the CBD, cultural institutions. An easy walk to Melbourne Park and MCG. Rooms and indeed the hotel overall are very new, clean and well presented. Rooms are comfortable and specious. Service was very friendly and attentive. Would happily stay again.

Thank you to the welcoming, kind and helpful team members at Adina Apartments Southbank. Any requests were handled efficiently and easily. My sister, brother-in-law and myself stayed for 6 nights. We each had our own one-bedroom apartment (close to one other) which Adina organised for us prior to leaving Perth. The apartments were very comfortable and had all that we needed. This is a pretty high standard apartment hotel. New build means everything works. Lots of good and simple things like ample PowerPoints, usb charging spots, big windows, well appointed bathrooms - which are a good size. The pool/gym level is really nice. The pool is a decent size and you can sit in the sun by the pool (albeit behind glass). Gym has good number of free weights. It’s good to have the small cafe downstairs too. Staff super helpful!
