We stayed one night and had an amazing room! The bath was divine, city views were spectacular and the 11am checkout was a nice touch. We had issues with our TV casting at 11pm and someone came to our room immediately to fix it. Would of loved some room service options but then again, there's plenty to eat nearby so it wasn't inconvenient. We also really appreciated how thick the walls were - there was a party going on next door and we could only really hear it when we were in the corridor. The rooms were exceptional in terms of space and facilities compared to nearby hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we got was amazing. Large and spacious and also very modern! Located in the Southbank it was super convenient. Very close to Flinders Station and everything else. Our room ha d great view! There must have been a miscommunication or misunderstandings about room service. We were there for 3 nights and not once was our room services or cleaned. We had to go to the pool area to get more towels to use for showers. The room rubbish was piling up too. Upon closer inspection, some of the areas were dusty, clearly have not been cleaned for a while. Overall, my partner and I were happy with the hotel except for the no cleaning/ servicing the room.

Excellent location. Good Selection of drinks and snacks at reception. Clean and rooms well kept. Nice Italian restaurant right next door and a small supermarket. Access to Sky Tower just opposite. 5 mins walk to Southbank and all it's amenities, boat trips, cafes, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to the welcoming, kind and helpful team members at Adina Apartments Southbank. Any requests were handled efficiently and easily. My sister, brother-in-law and myself stayed for 6 nights. We each had our own one-bedroom apartment (close to one other) which Adina organised for us prior to leaving Perth. The apartments were very comfortable and had all that we needed. They are in a great location. It certainly wad a wonderful experience staying here. Thank you Adina. Kind regards Shelley

The weekend just gone was my fourth time staying at Adina Melbourne Southbank and I now won’t be back. My sister also booked a room and will never return either. The “housekeeping issue” that caused rooms not to be ready when we arrived to check in at 5:00pm was very poor. There were in excess of 20 groups waiting in the lobby to be given a room- and this was 3hrs after normal check in time. However as mistakes happen, everyone was quite understanding. It was lucky my room was ready as my sister’s was not, she was able to shower in mine before our event. However others were not so lucky, leaving their bags with reception and needing to go straight to the concert without having a room to get ready in. Upon returning from the event at midnight, we were met by a very rude employee called Vik. His customer service was poor considering the run around we had already been given. Following this unpleasant encounter at check in, my sister got up to her room and was met by a king bed, rather than two singles as per the booking. Not ideal when staying in a room with your father!!! Another trip to reception and Vik was again less than helpful, stating “put a complaint in, I am the manager so nothing will happen anyway.” This staff member had a very poor attitude and has put a sour taste in our mouth about your hotel.
