I lost my job three months ago. I again checked with their manager regarding termination policy, I was clearly told that I only need to give one month notice plus 100 dollars termination fee. I wrote an email to the manager with my termination notice, I never heard anything back since. Now they emailed me legal notice to threat me for more money when I was not even using their facility for three months. Even though, their property manager at Williams Street and Serena from Colin Street knew the whole story of my personal and work situations. I am so disgusted by your service. This is robbery. I will take it up to Consumer Affairs.

A fantastic, professional environment to run our business from. We have been using Servcorp Southbank for about 2 years now, both remotely for the meeting rooms on an 'as needs basis', and now with 2 permanant offices in the building. The location is fantastic and our clients are always very impressed with the building, staff and our offices. The team at Servcorp are always helpful and professional and do a great job of keeping everyone happy! Servcorp Southbank has been perfect for expanding our business into Melbourne, and has been great in supporting us meet our clients needs whilst we grow.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Peace of mind guarantee

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
