I lost my job three months ago. I again checked with their manager regarding termination policy, I was clearly told that I only need to give one month notice plus 100 dollars termination fee. I wrote an email to the manager with my termination notice, I never heard anything back since. Now they emailed me legal notice to threat me for more money when I was not even using their facility for three months. Even though, their property manager at Williams Street and Serena from Colin Street knew the whole story of my personal and work situations. I am so disgusted by your service. This is robbery. I will take it up to Consumer Affairs.
