Stayed for the weekend. Staff was extremely efficient - we made changes to number of guests to the last hour and they went above and beyond to accommodate. Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely laid out. Highly recommend having dinner at the hotel. Big portions and delicious meals.

Rooms Large and working, shower good. The bathroom and wash stuff is ok. Couldn't get any shampoo out of dispenser. Tv works fine. Bed a bit saggy. Food. Breakfast was ok. First day had buffet and that's a rip, not worth it at all. Second day room service and big breakfast, was missing hash brown and the extra toast we ordered. Bit stingy on the bread for a big breakfast. Service from young white lady is good. However indian lady isn't friendly and quite stern. Seems to be renovations too, paint and rooms Only good is located next to hospital for work.

We stayed here on our 2 week road trip around VIC, unfortunately it was our least favourite stay of the trip. We were greeted with the smell of mould, a dirty hand towel & a lovely hairball in the shower plug within our room. The room was a nice size but didn't feel at all clean & it didn't have a lot of privacy, it was either have the curtains shut & have the lights on with no natural light or have the curtains open so everyone in the buildings/rooms behind us could see in. The bed was also not the comfiest but it did the job.

Stayed in a twin room and there was so much space for $185/night The location was so quiet at night despite being on the highway. That said, we were not in the closest section to the road, so we had other wings blocking any traffic noise. We didn't get time to check out the fitness centre and we didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment on those. The shower was divine and the bed possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in ...and I am like "The Princess and the Pea" (AKA "The Real Princess") where veds are concerned. Room has a massive TV too. Had small kitchenette with, sink, kettle microwave, a Nespresso machine and a tiny bar fridge. The minor things that stopped me giving 5 stars: 1. The lift up door over the microwave Damn that thing is annoying! And it makes getting hot food out of the microwave quite dangerous. Hot tip: keep the microwave door open in a position where it holds the stupid flip up door up. 2. Got a kitchen and even a pod machine... but the lack of basic utensils in the kitchen almost rendered the kitchen useless. Frypan but no tongs or egg lifter. Your options for getting food out of the pan are knife, fork, spoon. Can openers are essential for travellers as canned food doesn't need a fridge. Ergo essential for any room with cooking facilities. The tiny fridge has a minute freezer space... but the manufacturer has a sticker on the fridge saying "freezer not suitable for freezing food". I bought us a tub of icecream before ai spotted this sign.... you can imagine how that turned out... There's room for a bigger fridge with *actual* freezer space...owner, manager, please understand the value this would add to a stay there. The bathroom set up is not the best for twin share. Toilet is in bathroom. Shower is around the corner but does not have any kind of screen on it's "fronr". And then the mirror runs the full width of the wall, reflecting you (in all your glory) where anyone using the toilet can't avoid seeing you! So definitely it is a "one at a time" bathroom. My only issue with service is reception closing at 10pm. That's my long and windy answer. Make the relevant changes and I would definitely give this place all round five stars. I would absolutely stay there again.
