I have mixed feelings about my experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful, pleasant and were doing the best they could with what is a very tired and seemingly neglected property. There are four blocks of units. I tried rooms in blocks 1 and 2 however they were not suitable with holes in the walls, peeling paint, dirty appliances, kettle and toaster, and scum build up all around the shower. I ended up in block 4 which was better. Positives are the staff's willingness to help, the restaurant food, the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. This would be a three star establishment at best and suitable for an overnight stay.

very budget feel to the hotel, considering the price. the rooms are not incredibly well-maintained and didn't feel so clean. pillows were too high, room was freezing, and the walls were very thin — we could hear people chatting downstairs till 4am. a bonus is the airport shuttle that operates free and 24/7.

Fuss free and convenient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, my son loved the pool area. Room service breakfast was very easy to order and also very tasty and generous! All the staff were very friendly. Also loved that parking was easy and no extra charge, would stay here again.

Fab position and airport shuttle. Easy bus access to city, servos across the road for nibbles. Room comfy, bed good, excellent open contemporary layout.

I’ve stayed a few times for work. To be honest, the rooms don’t feel very clean. Most of the rooms are run down and in need of repair with holes or very obvious damage. See photo for example Noisey rooms. Specifically lots of road noise and doors slamming/foot traffic especially on the ground floor. One positive is the free airport shuttle.
