The Boardroom at Country Comfort Perth is an ideal space for small meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions. It accommodates up to 10 people and offers a comfortable atmosphere that fosters productivity and collaboration.
We booked here as a transition stay between flights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We used the shuttle from the airport and found it very easy. The return journey was via an Uber because the hotel had issues with the shuttle, but they paid for the Uber. Very well organised. It's a great place for a one night stay to refresh after or before a flight. The hotel's location is in an industrial retail area at the sandwiched between busy roads but there was no noise affecting the room.
Overall a great place to stay while in Perth. Good access for many things, walking distance to many food options, bus stops right outside on two bus routes. One complaint would be, not enough easily accessible power outlets in the rooms as I'm having to pull out cabinets etc to access and the lighting is not enough really. Bedside lights only in the main room which is great for ambiance but useless for daily use in the dark. Staff are lovely in the restaurant and at reception. Overall, would definitely use again but may need to bring extension leads or a generator.
We checked in here before an early international flight. The room was dark and dusty. The bed was comfortable but woke up with blocked sinuses. Very expensive for what it was. Wifi was average at best. I showered in shoes. We booked the airport transfer for the morning. He missed the airport exit. Made a very unsafe uturn. Took us to the wrong terminal. Didn't know what number the international terminal was (not qantas). We aren't from perth and had to Google for him. He then went the wrong way. Took 45 minutes from hotel to our terminal. Beware. Book a cab.
I have mixed feelings about my experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful, pleasant and were doing the best they could with what is a very tired and seemingly neglected property. There are four blocks of units. I tried rooms in blocks 1 and 2 however they were not suitable with holes in the walls, peeling paint, dirty appliances, kettle and toaster, and scum build up all around the shower. I ended up in block 4 which was better. Positives are the staff's willingness to help, the restaurant food, the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. This would be a three star establishment at best and suitable for an overnight stay.
Absolutely fabulous service- from help with bags, to getting towels and serving drinks promptly - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and spa are lovely. Very close to the airport with feee shuttle service.
