Great place to go The Balmoral Hotel has just reopened after renovations, and it looks amazing. I’ve been here a few times, and Lanna gave such great service. She recommended something new for me to try, and she nailed it. Thank you, Lanna! I’ll definitely be back… probably ordering the exact same drink again 😂

Sunday at the Balmoral was a fantastic day out. Made even better by Lucy . Always made sure service was spot on! Cocktails were spot on & drinks were free flowing, with full delicious plates of food. Thanks to Lucy & her team for making my holiday catch up with my friends great. Definitely coming back on my next visit.

Ordered the fish tacos, lemon meringue and the zucchini bites. Overall the food was good, but the fish tacos lacked sauce and was a bit dry. The chicken parmigian needed less herbs but this is also personal preference. The service and atmosphere is pumping. Alex ensured that we were promptly served and checked in often.

We spent ALMOST $100 for the food to be terrible. My partner couldn’t even finish his steak sandwich as the steak was chewy and cold. The chips were unsalted and flavourless. I ordered a passion fruit mojito and got delivered a normal mojito, I went to complain and asked for a replacement, and then got given a normal mojito again. Don’t go here if you want to have an amazing date night!! 💓
