Came out for my birthday dinner here, food was lovely but the service was lacking the server we did have was great but I don't know if it was lack of staff or what the problem was.

Great place with plenty of space. Has a nice dinning area. Food tasted great and came out quickly. Happy with the service as they were attentive and making sure everything was ok.

Atmosphere 9/10: great music vibes. My friend and I were lucky enough to enjoy live music. Bonus most of their staff are good looking. Food 8/10: I only had the wedges but they still slapped Service 8/10: service was amazing, quick and efficient. My wedges took 30 minutes but when they realised the mistake they offered a refund or a free round and my wedges came in 7 minutes. FYI I never give full scores because there is always room for improvement Edit: BEST WEDGES IHAVE EVER HAD… the honey sweet chilli sauce threw me off but it’s so good

She checked in at the right times without being intrusive and made sure everything was spot-on with our meals and drinks. A lunch at the Balmoral Hotel was a casual affair. 3 decent sized battered fish Tacos, coleslaw with lime , chilli and salsa. It was generous but, the salsa was lacking in some spicy goodness. Overall, served quickly, atmosphere was nice. A nice lunch.
