Such a great experience. The staff and food were so helpful and friendly. Bring from a regional town allowed our puppy to have some treats and took the time for a chat. Special mention to Conor and feirby probably spelt that wrong sorry mate

Vegan options ROCKED. The corn was awesome, the eggplant dip beaut and the vegan chicken fajitas next level. Seriously good food here folks !!!!

We had lunch here today, 5/2/2024, for my birthday, which is also today. Was hoping for a nice tasty lunch as it has been before. Unfortunately, our meals were not nice at all. My boyfriends steak was raw, he asked for medium rare, he got what you would call blue. It was also full of gristle so he couldnt eat much at all. I had the fish, which tasted sour so I couldn't even eat it. We had so many staff walk past that didn't even ask how our meal was, usually we have had this service before at other pubs. Finally, as we got up to leave, a waitress asked how our food was, as you could clearly see we were not able to eat it. She apologised profusely and offered us a refund which was great. Sadly we won't be coming here again as the food is not anywhere near as good as it used to be.

Katie today at the bar genuinely offered me one the best customer service experiences I've had. Whether it was a $100 bottle of wine or a $10 beer. The pairings with the food and beyond was unbelievably well done. I could not thank Katie more for the great experience I've had at the Balmoral today
