We have started to come back to the greenwood more regularly and have noticed such a change in their food menu. The fried chicken is absolutely delicious! So crunchy & the flavours are spot on 👌🏽Compliments to the staff in the sports bar & chefs🧑🍳 Very happy with the exceptional service and food quality.

Great dinner here Monday night 25.11. four adults. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, Beef cheek pie, Fish&chips, Steak salad and my Caesar salad. What made the night was our beautiful waiter Di. Omg, she is a hoot, not only did she ensured everything was okay, checking to see if we needed anything else, she chatted and laughed with us. It made a lovely night out even better! Actually all the staff on this night were lovely friendly and happy. They were all delightful to deal with. Thank you all for being wonderful and making a night out really enjoyable. 🙏

Went in for lunch today with my mother & her client. It was very friendly service & the venue is very flash & homey. I ordered the beef cheek pie & it was fabulous. So much flavour & really enjoyed the whole experience. Wonderful job Greenwood staff. Top notch stuff. Cant wait to make this my regular hangout

We were really impressed with this restaurant! We thought we would give it a try as we were in the area. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. A lovely cosy atmosphere and we enjoyed the food. I was particularly impressed with the salad that came with the main. Such a tasty dressing, and some interesting ingredients too. So much better than the sad bit of lettuce and tomato that often appears on the side of a hotel meal!

Sharp improvement on the steak sandwich but still needs more toasting of the buns. Fran's winks are good but cutting them before serving would be greatly appreciated. Great sports bar. Comfy tall tables and seats.
