Enjoyed our 3 days' stay in this hotel. Staff was lovely. The location is excellent. We had a beautiful view of the river Swan. There was some renovation going on, but it's not very loud. The executive lounge has a good selection of food and wines. Wish they had longer opening hours for coffee tea. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Wow loved the stay. I stayed for 2 night for Pink concert. The staff where so friendly. The food was amazing. Ordered room service and the young gentleman by the name of Timothy was so great. So a big big shout out to Timothy for your great service. I was disappointed that the dressing gowns in the room didn't cater for the big and tall.. I will definitely stay again. Thankyou Pan Pacific staff for a great stay.

Stayed at this Hotel for 7 days, 6 Nights and was absolutely brilliant. Great Rooms, Great Service and Great Food.The only bad thing about it was that they were doing renovations upstairs in the floor above us for majority of our stay. Which they did warn us about. Apart from that. Brilliant, would definitely recommend

I would give this place 5 stars all the way because from the staff to the breakfast buffet, there are few things not to like about the Pan Pacific. I only gave our room 3 stars as there was renovations going on in the building so it wasn't perfectly sound but that didn't stop me from sleeping in the lovely comfortable bed past 12 o'clock! Thanks to the late late late check-out!

The hotel is well located, easily accessible by car. The staff is professional and friendly . The room we got is a bit old fashioned for a Pan Pacific and not very well soundproof. We hear easily the conversation from the room beside us. The bed is comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom is very well spacious as well featuring a bathtub and a shower. Amenities are provided, little fridge in the room. We struggle to find a plug at height level. Most of them were placed at the floor level which makes us very hard / impossible to use our plug adapter as we were coming from overseas. Location from city center is 4 minutes car / 15 minutes walk A convenience store is located closely
