We came here for a friend’s wedding and we were very satisfied by the event’s setup, the staff members and the quality of their food. The pork belly was the absolute favourite - skin was cooked to perfection, it was so crispy while the rest of the pork melts in your mouth. Presentation of food is on point! Worth considering this hotel for big events!
The hotel is definitely super good with its professional and considerate services. Here I would like to especially thank SAMEER, LLOYD,NATHAN, these three gentlemen from reception. They do provide really human-oriented 5 stars plus service to take care of my mom. And also when I feel worried about the welcome drink which I suppose to collect from the bar. Unfortunately the bar is closed in the morning, I have to catch the flight at 1:00PM. Therefore, these three gentlemen are very nice to bring me two bottles of glasses CLASSIC coke, and keep them in the fridge till we are back to hotel to collect our luggages. They are super considerate and this is what I consider “5 stars luxury experience ”. Definitely I will choose Pan Pacific next time and recommend to my friends when they come to Perths. Nice stay!!!
Amazing hotel with perfect service. All the staff from concierge to maintenance were polite and very helpful. The experience of using the club lounge was first class. The staff were attentive, discreet and friendly. The food was well prepared and presented very well. We decided to have a weekend in Perth for our wedding anniversary and were so pleased we had chosen the Pan Pacific. It was truly relaxing and we will definitely stay again. Next time I think we will just stay in the hotel and enjoy the atmosphere.
10/10 - love the hotel, the rooms (beautiful, newly-renovated), the service. Location isn’t the most central but within the free travel area, buses are very frequent too so not a problem. Less noise too compared to city center.
Service was poor. Arrived to get told that our room had an issue and that we were to get a twin room instead of the king for one night. We were not happy but was reassured that our room would be ready for the following day and that someone would phone us when it was ready. We also never got our card for the room due to an issue with the reader. Which we were told that someone would drop off the cards when it was back up. 2 hours later still no card, my husband had to go down to reception and ask where the cards where, which he was told that the reception had forgotten to complete them. Following day still no phone call about our room. We went to reception, which she mentioned that she didn’t know what we were on about and looked on the system and said we now have a room available, I think that there was never a room for us and that is why we were put up in a twin room. She said that the room was ready and would give us a call to when we could go into the king room. Hours later still no call, I go back down to reception and speak to another r person and she says that the room is ready and we had to get our bags ready, bring them down to reception and then we could have the keys to the new room. Which we did, I then go and speak to the women that I spoke to that morning which she said that she had been busy and that is why we never got a call. I asked to speak to a manager, which I was told that someone would call me but we never did. Got a bottle of champagne in our room, which we both do not drink. Our experience was shocking the reception team was the worst I have never experienced. No point calling it a 5 star hotel when the staff have no idea what they are doing. Why send drink when all I wanted was a manager to speak too. The guys that bring the bags in were amazing. They actually spoke to you, had a really good interaction with them. Room service was great. They were clean and tidy.
