I felt as if I was in a backpackers hostel. Paid $236 for Standard king room 1 extra large double bed, which was actually 2 singles pushed together! The lounge looked to unsafe to even sit on & when they say they provide bathroom toiletries its just hand wash, shampoo & conditioner. There was no staff to greet me or anyone else in the lobby until 1 friendly person eventually came to help check people in through the machine. No wonder they only ask $1 for bond. I also emailed the management team that night to provide feedback & a month later no response! Very disappointing, won't be back & won't recommend staying.

Only reason I didn't give a 10 for the room was the shower/bath combo. I'm very uncomfortable standing in a bath whilst showering. Otherwise, excellent price, conveniently located, *truly* wonderful staff ❤️ Thank you!

Location was great and the bed was super comfy, however the breakfast was 100% not worth the extra money! I was so annoyed that I had to wait 20 mins for more scrambled eggs and then when there was eggs, there was no more bacon, the eggs were cold and then the staff just seemed like they couldn't be bothered. It was irritating as i was really looking forward to a nice breakfast each morning except i went to a cafe each morning after to get better food and service.

Old rooms that were relatively clean but could be cleaner as there were still stray hairs in the bathroom. My room had a strange thudding sound every 2 seconds that kept me awake. Staff didn't handle the situation well. The first one forgot about me – said they would call me about a different room but didn't hear anything for about an hour. Second staff tried to palm it off, saying that the noise is normal and just the sound of doors closing. As I tried to explain that it definitely wasn't, the staff shushed me to give it a proper listen and then accepted it wasn't normal. I was told the hotel was fully booked that night and I wouldn't be able to move to another room till the next day but then somehow an available room was found. Not sure how when I was told otherwise but I was just relieved to get a different room. The staff was quite apologetic in the end, which I appreciated, but the overall experience of struggling to sleep and then having to re-explain the issue twice was pretty unpleasant.

Less than 10 minute walk to Perth Mint, St Mary’s Cathedral, Bell Tower and Hay Street Mall. Our room was not made up for two days, May be confusion with the door signage. Was stuck in the lift that almost trigger my claustrophobic trauma but the staff was kind and helped me by offering water and carrying our bags. Was an enjoyable stay.
