I recently visited Crown Perth, and overall, I had a fantastic experience! The place offers a great variety of entertainment, dining, and relaxation options, making it a great spot for a night out or a weekend getaway. One of the things I really appreciated was the parking facilities. There are plenty of spaces available, and the convenience of having different parking options, including free and paid areas, makes it easy to find a spot no matter how busy it gets. The buffets were another highlight of my visit. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a great selection of fresh seafood, hot dishes, and delicious desserts. Whether you’re in the mood for international flavors or local favorites, there’s something for everyone. I also enjoyed the bars inside Crown Perth. The atmosphere in each one is unique, and the drinks were well-made. It’s a great place to unwind with friends or enjoy a casual evening out. One thing I do wish is that they had more time slots for high tea. The experience is wonderful, but it tends to book out quickly, making it difficult to get a reservation. It would be great if they offered more availability to accommodate more guests.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at The Crown! The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a standout feature – beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and I can't wait to return!

Great experience, very busy but to be expected as it was new years day. We did have a look online for information regarding the dress code. As we were travelling, we wanted to dress up smart but also meet the casino policy and not be turned away upon entry. Turns out the staff didn't care and was letting everyone in wearing anything. Even though this has been mentioned, please follow casino policies in case you get turned away.

They seem to want to extract an extra $ in every interaction… just feels fake to me. The room service is every 3 days now, no water in the room and there is even a credit card fee to settle room bill. The Vegan food options are very limited at their quicker venues for lunch (pub style or by the pool)… some amazing but very expensive dinner options (e.g. Silks)

The Crown Casino Our recent experiences have been upsetting. And their response to our e mails and the distress they caused has been really poor. We have been ignored. Our son turned 18 and on the evening of his birthday we decided to take him to the casino. We had just attended a family wedding, we were nicely dressed etc. Our son presented his DL which he had renewed and had the receipt print out with him. As the Physical DL card had expired the day before and had not arrived in the mail. The security officer stated happy birthday mate but you can’t enter. Very disappointing. We left as we didn’t want to argue the point. I emailed the Casio and was told that their regulations require physical valid ID. Then we decided to go to the atrium buffet on Boxing Day as a family. Booking for 8pm. At the meal, we were greeted by the wait staff. Telling us to ensure we order our drinks no later than 8.30 as the bar closes. And the buffet closes at 9. While we were eating we were told a few more times. Ironic as we ordered our drinks on arrival at 8pm. And our order was forgotten! I went and reminded them to bring them. While we were trying to eat the wait staff starting clearing tables near us and our table, as they quote needed to be closed by 9pm. They were clearing tables as early as 8.30pm. We were rushed in our meal, from the start. The food was substandard. Frozen sea food that wasn’t defrosted. And a poor selection of food considering it was Boxing Day. Not worth the more than $100 per head paid for the meal. Then finally we went to the casino. And our son gained entry using the same ID as a few days earlier. But this time was allowed in. I e mailed them and the response was we are sorry.
