Went to the QT to celebrate a significant birthday. Great reception from manager Rosa who organised a bottle of bubbles to our room. We just enjoyed the funky QT style, room size and definitely the rooftop bar. Breakfast was excellent, both food quality and ambience. Great central location.

We hosted our wedding at QT and were absolutely thrilled with how it all turned out! Munir was great at making sure everything was planned out for us. We definitely felt like we were in safe hands. We didn't want the usual overall formal wedding, so opted to have the wedding and ceremony in the Murray rooms. The staff on the night were great and really made sure we were well taken care of. Very cool quirky hotel and we enjoyed spending our wedding night there. The only bad thing was that we weren't allowed to order soft drinks from room service after 10pm. Quite odd.

We did a two night stay at QT Perth and selected this place based on easy access to public transport and city centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The main purpose for our stay at this hotel was to have a good relaxing two nights before we relocate interstate. Following are the shortcomings! Inconvienient Parking: we got our selves dropped off and picked up. There is only one parking spot available next to the hotel and it is not guaranteed. At both instances we had to carry 5 pieces of luggage and a wall painting to the vehicle that had to be parked 800m away. On the first day as we checked into our rooms, we found it inconvenient as some of the very basic toiletries such as disposable toothbrush, bathroom flip-flops were not provided. We just had to go through our luggages to pull out our personnel belongings to begin with when we all wanted was to get changed and crash immediately. Poor customer service by the reception: As we checked in, we clearly requested for a late check out for an agreed charge. On the 2nd night, I kindly reminded the same lady about the late checkout and asked her to make a note on my reservation. On 12.10 p.m. on the checkout date, I get a call from the same lady reminding me of the checkout time asking if I am still at the hotel. Clearly she did not make a note nor refer to the notes before making a call and I had to repeat myself for the 3rd time. It was annoying as she interrupted our lunch date. I will not personally consider nor recommend QT Perth and their hotel chains for future stays in Australia.

Good location. Room doors slam shut which is pretty annoying when your neighbour gets up at 6am. All doors including ours were the same. They can and should be adjusted. Noise from rooftop bar was disturbing on our first night. Thank goodness it was turned down/off after 10.30 but not what we expect from a good hotel. Strangely, despite indicating we would be checking in late when booking, I was called twice on the day asking whether I was definitely checking in. Once at 10am and once at 6.45. I can only guess that they had overbooked. Very strange and a bit annoying.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Basic room and not being able to contact reception. After trying every option to contact reception I had to go down stairs to place my order for room service. We specifically got told at check in they are available 24/7, this is not true. I drive a very large company vehicle and was told I needed to drive my car out of valet parking. I almost had multiple accidents and this sent my anxiety to a new level. I had the most expensive room but it felt like a basic room compared to other hotels. The breakfast only had 2 gluten free options, muesli and oats, not what I wanted. No slippers in the room. Tried to contact reception via their preferred method, no one contacted me back. Great way to celebrate my 40th birthday. Only positive I can say was they left me a bottle of wine on arrival.
