Reviews for Adina Apartment Hotel Perth

Within an hour of arriving in Perth, my husband lost his backpack and his wallet. Whilst he backtracked to see if he could find them, I took our luggage to the Adina. I was a bit of a mess, but Kem at Reception couldn't be nicer, offering me water and words of encouragement, and suggestions on how to search for the lost items. That meant a lot at the time and I'm thankful for his kindness. The location is fantastic. Right next to Elizabeth Quay bus and train stations, it's ideal as a base for exploring Perth, especially by the excellent public transport. There's a direct access route from the hotel to the bus station. Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything required was provided. The bathroom vanity had water damage and swelling but it didn't impact our stay in any way. All in all, we're very happy with our stay at the Adina.

This hotel is in serious need of an update. While the location is convenient for conference attendees, those working in or exploring Perth may find more modern options at a similar price. My room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, and despite multiple requests over my two-week stay, I was informed that a room change was not possible. Service was underwhelming, with staff showing little enthusiasm in assisting with requests. Towels for the gym and pool were often forgotten, and repeated issues with my key card— which only worked on my room door—were met with dismissive responses such as, “The pool closes soon anyway.” Additionally, I have called three times regarding a pair of misplaced glasses and was assured each time that someone would follow up after speaking to the appropriate person. However, I have yet to receive any response.

Location is very good direct walkway to shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms were spacious Bathroom was a bit dated. Very limited space for toiletries. Bathroom a long way from bed. Has a handy equipped kitchenette. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Bed a bit firm. Quiet location Service a bit average but on still a great stay for first time in Perth.

My partner and I had our second stay at Adina Apartment Hotel at their CBD Convention Center location last week, and it was great, but not as good as our first stay with them... They were experiencing network/technical issues but they handled the inconvenience well. We would definitely recommend this hotel based on its location and spacious apartment-style rooms. The reception desk staff are always pleasant as well. We used their in ground parking this time around, which was nice and convenient for $30 a day.

We loved our stay at the Adina, we generally stay at QT when in Perth - Adina is literally half the price and definitely not half the quality. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Adina and will be back very soon.
