We loved our stay at the Adina, we generally stay at QT when in Perth - Adina is literally half the price and definitely not half the quality. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Adina and will be back very soon.

Great! Minor inconveniences • PROS - quite a convenient .Close to bus terminal with free buses to the city area as it's within the FTZ zone - quiet location as it is just off the city centre - paid for a 1 bedroom apartment w kitchenette. Very spacious and well thought-out layout. No complaints - clean CONS - front desk usually unmanned and have to wait for staff to finally realise you're standing there waiting. But staff were otherwise very friendly. - daily housekeeping comes are quite late so for all the days I stayed here, I was already back in my room before they could do any housekeeping. - very small gym.

Booked to stay over the Christmas period 2024 main reason for booking this venue was because of the restaurant downstairs that was attached to the hotel. At check in day was advised that the restaurant is not open and neither is room service so our Christmas plans for a meal went out the window as we were planning on eating at the restaurant, Thanks, Adina apartments probably would’ve been handy to give us that information when we booked 4 weeks ago! As we get up to the room, we have a studio apartment and a apartment with adjoining rooms, open the fridge to discover that it is over frosted and needed defrosting so I was unable to any of the food that we did bring to eat a snack, Advise the person on the desk no action was taken. Overnight I was awoken in Puddles of sweat as the Aircon decided to stop working, Ended up sleeping on the floor in the studio room attached As that one was still working. Go downstairs to speak to reception in the morning stipulated the three main issues I had was advised a manager would come and speak to me. Been out for two hours came back upstairs realised that they swap the fridge over, still no communication with the manager. I might add we did pass two or three staff members and our trips to and from the car in that time and had no communication whatsoever. I then decide to make the most of the day and try to use the spa facilities and surprise surprise not working. After speaking to a staff member and complaining about all of the issues we’ve had since we arrived yesterday I discover this exact staff member is the manager on for the day. She then advised me she’s the manager and She acted completely oblivious even when I questioned her and asked her if any of our concerns have been raised with her previously to me speaking with her now, She said yes, so I told her we’re checking out and you’ll be refunding our money. Worst experience ever!

Comfortable rooms for two ppl to stay. Almost all facilities are available which makes it feel like home. Service is neat and dedicated. Excellent staffs. Ms.Philomena in specific was very kind and helpful. Seamless wifi connection which is very good for business ppl. The location is very close to the main bus and train stations. Walkable to most of the tourist spots. Definitely worth the money

Super located hotel in the heart of the city. Lovely spacious rooms had 1 bed apartment. Nice to have a swim too in this heat.
