Loved our stay at QT Perth! A beautiful hotel with equally beautiful people. Having tasted our way around the rooftop bar, Santini Restaurant and QT Deli, we can assert that the food and service was superb and genuinely friendly at all. No surprises that our room was just as gorgeous .We could not have felt more welcome and looked after... Thank you and nice work Emilie and team xx

The customer service and housekeeping provided were both excellent. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues in our room and both were fixed quickly by lovely staff. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean with good facilities (exceptional in the case of the hair-dryer!)

We were hesitant staying here for two nights while in Perth because of the reviews and some of the tone of the hotel’s public responses came off quite condescending and unprofessional, but I must say it was excellent. I don’t see the issues with the bathroom as there are sliding doors. Check in and check out was easy, location very convenient (albeit probably not the nicest part of town), breakfast was good and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. Our view was towards the road, which was fine. The gym was also well equipped with great new machines.

Style (sorta) over substance. Design (kinda) over function. A cute hotel in many ways, and most of the staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was excellent, too. But the hotel itself was in many ways a victim of its own attempt to stand out. Quite a few pretentious touches which made aspects of the room (e.g. lights) as unintuitive as other reviewers have previously noted. A decent enough stay for the price, but also something of a poor man's attempt at a "cool", "novel" hotel.
