We were given the old room when we checked in and found that the room was not properly cleaned (hairs in the bathroom and yellow stains on toilet bowl). We told the receptionist and she change our room to the newly renovated area. We were very thankful that the room change happened smoothly with her assistance. Breakfast was amazing. A solid 10/10. Room is nice and clean, shower water pressure 👍🏻. Gym is a little old but good enough. Pool is small but clean and nice. Overall very satisfied with the stay and thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed here when we booked through Luxury Escapes for the two night package with fantastic inclusions. Great location and easy to get with public transport. Great value for money. The hotel has had a refurbishment and so the rooms were super clean and up-to-date. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks with canapes which was actually a mini buffet and absolutely delicious

Great hotel perfect location. All of the staff very helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. Club lounge fantastic great team. Great food, It is supposed to be canapes but it is a full meal. best we have ever experienced on our world travels. Well done to the all the club lounge staff. Only criticism music in club lounge from breakfast to evening absolutely awful. Great tvs in lounges but no sound. Asked for news volume but advised yhey couldn't do it so all stuck with really bad music. Maybe someone enjoyed it.?

We had a buffet meal there and the meal was delicious. Opportunities for improvement: finger bowls on our table for our “prawny hands” after peeling the prawns, gravy for our turkey and coffee served at our table. We had to request saucers as there were none near the cups. Attention to these matters would add to diners enjoyment at future buffet meals.

Very disappointing start to our stay! Tried to check in early at 1pm (check in at 3pm) was told room was not ready and they would message us when it was, which was fine. Came back at 3:50pm and told room was still not ready and to wait 10 minutes. We were given a few free drinks to have while we waited. Went back to check in at 4:10pm and once again told room was still not ready. I said that i needed a room as i had an event which i was the organiser for which started at 5:30pm and i had to get ready. After much fussing they gave us a room which was not the one they had assigned to us. Got to the room and had to wait for our bags to arrive as they had gone to the room which was not ready. Then my husbands suit was missing so they had to find that. The most disappointing part was that my friend booked the same room as me and was allowed to check in at 1:40pm and received a room upgrade. The positive part was the room was lovely and had great views. The bed was super comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
