(issue with Servecorp)THIS WILL BE AN HONEST REVIEW: was with Servcorp just under 1 month, was surprise how they treat their client, They terminated my contract based on the reason i have used the 24/7 access too much. OK?isn't that's in the Agreement?I'll definitely take the required legal process to recover my lost due to termination even they did not give my bond back. AND they also accuse me for trying to access the control room where i wasn't even aware that's a control room, no sign no legal documents was given. Because of that. They also treat you differently if you a small business that's just started. They treat the so called bigger company better and ignore the smaller company. Base on my personal experience.If i were you I would Consider twice. for that price, there are so much more options , research and reviews before enter. Learned from the hard way
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Peace of mind guarantee
Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
