We stayed here when we booked through Luxury Escapes for the two night package with fantastic inclusions. Great location and easy to get with public transport. Great value for money. The hotel has had a refurbishment and so the rooms were super clean and up-to-date. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks with canapes which was actually a mini buffet and absolutely delicious

We had an awesome time during our stay at the Pan Pacific Perth. The hotel's strategic location in the city centre provided convenient access to various amenities and attractions. The rooms were a little dated and the executive club at L7 was under renovation during our stay, but the hotel staff and service made up for it. The temporary club lounge at Level 1 also provide exceptional service during our stay.

I stayed club room and the reception told me the mini bar was all included so I could enjoy it. But after check out the hotel charged me all mini bar so I asked to refund and the reception told me he would do and let me know but it is still not refunded and I send the hotel an e mail but no responded until now about refund. There's nothing I can do but wait and write here. Poor service.

We were in a corner room which was very spacious. Bed was OK, pillows were soft, but there were different heights to choose from on our bed. Not a lot of draw space for clothing and we found the light configurations and switches confusing.
