It's about 20 mins walk to Elizabeth quay. Hotel is currently under refurbishment but the rooms are really nice and decent size. Concierge is really nice, polite and helpful but during check in and arriving early the person in front was told come back early than check in time and his room would be ready but I was just told return at check in time. Breakfast is really good with a huge choice including gluten free cereal and bread. The club lounge however wasn't as expected and down stairs next to the main bar where one night a lot of shouting as people were watching a sports game, which wasn't really what we expected. There is minimal gluten free options if any at all. One night there was no main choice at all for gluten free and despite contacting hotel months in advance of arrival no gluten free beer which I found is widely available in other city bars. The pool area is mostly shaded in the day due to high buildings and there was plenty of paint off the walls in the pool the one time I used it. This area definitely needs a refurbishment.

We had an exceptional stay at the Pan Pacific Perth. The hotel's prime location, nestled beside the Swan River and within the CBD, was ideal. However, the true highlight was the outstanding breakfast buffet – boasting an impressive variety of freshly prepared, expertly crafted dishes. As seasoned travellers, we've had our fair share of breakfasts, but this one truly stood out. Our room was impeccably clean, modern, and well-appointed, while the facilities – including the gym, sauna, steam room, and pool – were excellent, with one minor caveat: the pool felt a bit too enclosed in its current location. Nevertheless, this small drawback was vastly overshadowed by the hotel's numerous strengths. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary sparkling and still water dispenser in the lobby, which we took full advantage of. The reception desk service was faultless – friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Overall, we highly recommend the Pan Pacific Perth to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience.

We came here for a friend’s wedding and we were very satisfied by the event’s setup, the staff members and the quality of their food. The pork belly was the absolute favourite - skin was cooked to perfection, it was so crispy while the rest of the pork melts in your mouth. Presentation of food is on point! Worth considering this hotel for big events!

Amazing hotel with perfect service. All the staff from concierge to maintenance were polite and very helpful. The experience of using the club lounge was first class. The staff were attentive, discreet and friendly. The food was well prepared and presented very well. We decided to have a weekend in Perth for our wedding anniversary and were so pleased we had chosen the Pan Pacific. It was truly relaxing and we will definitely stay again. Next time I think we will just stay in the hotel and enjoy the atmosphere.

The hotel is definitely super good with its professional and considerate services. Here I would like to especially thank SAMEER, LLOYD,NATHAN, these three gentlemen from reception. They do provide really human-oriented 5 stars plus service to take care of my mom. And also when I feel worried about the welcome drink which I suppose to collect from the bar. Unfortunately the bar is closed in the morning, I have to catch the flight at 1:00PM. Therefore, these three gentlemen are very nice to bring me two bottles of glasses CLASSIC coke, and keep them in the fridge till we are back to hotel to collect our luggages. They are super considerate and this is what I consider “5 stars luxury experience ”. Definitely I will choose Pan Pacific next time and recommend to my friends when they come to Perths. Nice stay!!!
