Wow, what a great hotel. I Love that it has balconies. We had room 1704 2 double and my brother who was celebrating his wife’s birthday was 1804 King with ocean view, park and pool. The reception was also great. Karina checked us in and Emma checked us out. Both very professional and kind. I Love that I was told checkout was 12 and $30 an hour after so we have choices if we wanted to extend. We didn’t need to but nice to know. Will definitely come back for another staycation : ). They provided us chocolate and wine to celebrate the birthday and got drink vouchers. So great it is in the heart of it all. Park, shops, & restaurants etc.

Very helpful and friendly staff ! Nothing is too much bother . Absolutely stunning views. Room is very well equipped and very very clean . Shower/spa bath just perfect ! So close to everything. Room service is great. Totally recommend this fabulous place

Nice rooms at reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean. Nice bar and restaurant, which also serves a very well priced buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Duty Manager, Emma, was particularly helpful. Parking is available at $25 per day. Great view of the Indian Ocean and the fantastic kid friendly pools.

We thought this place was great and would stay again. We had an ocean and pool view king deluxe room. We thought it was all fair for the price other than parking which is very steep! The only things we think could have been better was; Seats on balcony. Vending machine in the lobby at least for bottled water as we could not get any from restaurant/bar. And free entertainment on the TV… or at least cheaper. $16 for a movie is crazy. Bring your own fire stick or something. Otherwise great place to stay over all! :)

This hotel is in such a nice area, and has so much potential if they improve a couple of things. The first would be a refurbishment of- pretty much everything. Painting on outside, carpets/bed/tv/pain in room/furniture in room as most of it was damaged or just old (bathroom was nice though) and the pool area (such a big space yet barely any shade and seating). There was no staff member by the pool and even with all the ‘no climbing’ and ‘no diving’ signs there was kids jumping from those marked areas and splashing water everywhere. Two kids fell in the short time I was there. It also doesn’t smell like chlorine at all and the water was quite dirty (especially the spa was like yellow), and a few kids were spitting into the water as well which was disappointing. Quite a unique pool though with the waterfall. There was no music or nice smell in the lobby either (crown is impressive with the atmosphere) and the staff members were incredibly serious. $25 for parking if you drive as well. I recommend booking the sea view room though, it was beautiful to wake up with such a nice view. Lots of bars and food places and dessert venues around as well which was why I picked this place. I probably wouldn’t book the buffet breakfast next time as its not the best and there are so many other places around. Overall a relatively nice experience.
