Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay at Rendezvous. We were not informed of the pool closure upon booking or checking in. The cabinetry in the room was chipped and water damaged. There were children’s handprints on the window and spider webs on balcony. The pool towels provided (for public pool access) were stained and the escalator was out of action. The bartender did not know what drinks were included in happy hour or what the cocktail of the week was and the beer lines were dirty. The room service menu advertised $5 delivery fee would be waived if collected from the Straights restaurant, but this option was not on the app linked to the QR code. Room service took 12 hours to be cleared. Upon climbing into bed we found a vape under the fitted sheet. After contacting reception, I was told housekeeping would come & change the sheets, but we gave up after waiting half an hour. It’s been over a week and no one has responded to our feedback and our $200 bond hasn’t been cleared.

One night in this hotel was enough… so disappointing, on booking /arrival of the hotel we were not informed about the pool been out of action for renovation. Our room was like faulty towers old and uncared for. Then onto the dirty balcony, looking down on the pool area that was horrendous, weeds every were even an old pair of jocks just on the ground of the pool area. No balcony furniture to sit on and the balcony was filthy. No sign of construction work happening. The Hall to the rooms had rubbish on the floor the elevator was dirty… Went for breakfast this am it was ok but again the place is dirty the floor was so sticky it turned me of my breakfast… Lovely Irish girl at reception on departure was very understanding Misleading dirty old and very uncared… Lets hope the Reno’s improve this hotel We won’t be bk…

After booking here I saw a lot of horrible reviews- but we could not fault them Yes the pool was under renovation which we didn’t know until after booking , it would’ve been nice to be able to relax there The staff were all lovely and helpful, the breakfast was amazing so yum! Room was cleaned every day and bed was so comfy Yes it is an old hotel but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay ❤️

What an amazing experience! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We felt welcomed and well looked after. We even received a surprise gift in our from the hotel staff which was lovely! Beautiful ocean view, attentive staff and great room service… the breakfast buffet was delicious and felt like a dream! The hotel is in a convenient spot, being close to the beach, a walk away from Coles, pharmacy (souvenirs there!), hair dressers, lots of ice cream stores and yummy restaurants and cafes! We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary so magical and special!

My stay was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The facilities are spotless and offer everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a stunning view of the entire ocean. Also, the location is perfect, close to everything. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious and beautifully presented variety. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth, I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you for a memorable stay!
