A really informative and interesting place. Paid for the glass bottom boat tour and was not disappointed. Beautiful coral, shark, ray and fish varieties on display in the general exhibits. The underwater tunnel was gorgeous and a real treat. Loved the kid-friendly touchpool where you can feel the starfish and Port Jackson sharks up close. The cafe inside also made it convenient to grab lunch and return to the exhibits thereafter.

What a nice experience, I can see why children liking it, even me an adult enjoying this. They really think about the best route of the place and lighting to create the best ambience, that is not many aquarium consider about. Only 30-60 Minutes to finish this experience and I feel like they can add more to make their ticket value worth it. Nevertheless, a cool experience.

Nice quick trip with plenty to see.. will spend around 3-4hrs worth. The tunnel was lovely and not congested, even on weekends. The VIP tour looks interesting and has special behind the scenes. Food at the cafe is bit pricey but nonetheless tasty. friendly and helpful staff. Good place for a bday party..

We visited the Aquarium of Western Australia on a weekday, but as it was close to Christmas, it was quite crowded. Despite the crowd, the aquarium was impressively clean and well-maintained. The experience was fantastic, offering a chance to see a wide variety of fish and marine species up close. The underwater tunnel was a highlight, providing a unique perspective of sharks, rays, and other sea creatures swimming overhead. Interactive displays and informative exhibits added depth to the visit, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. It’s a must-visit attraction for anyone interested in marine life, offering both education and entertainment.

The "over-the-head" aquarium is the largest in the whole Australia and you can go on a little floating boat, though you have to pay a separate fee of AUD 10 per person, but it's worth it. There is a lovely cafe inside and a few interactive stuff for kids. The car parking is all full and we had to walk at least 20 minutes one way with a toddler, that said it was well worth it.
