Castle Del Mar is an absolute gem in Newcastle! The creativity and attention to detail in their cocktails are unmatched. Every sip is a delightful adventure, but the Turkish delight cocktail stole the show for me - simply divine! If you're in town, don't miss out on this cocktail haven. My friend and I went to the salsa night on Thursday which was awesome, as well on a DJ set on a Saturday, which was also great! I also forgot my jacket there once, and the staff was nice and helpful holding it for me until I got it back. The only downside, on Saturday they closed at midnight, not sure if this is a Newy CBD regulation or something

This building has changed a few hands and finally seems to have a great little bar nestled within. Staff are fantastic and the mixologist is next level. What makes this little gem different is that you come here for the drinks and the relaxed vibe. With an in-house DJ and unique cocktails, some a twist on classics the others just outright different, it is definitely refreshing. This is one of those bars that is a must stop, after work to have something refreshing or before heading out for dinner or as an after-dinner stop sipping on their dessert like cocktails. Castle Del Mar is most certainly a bar raiser when it comes to the quality of the drinks served in Newcastle.

Hidden gem in the heart of Newcastle the cocktails are amazing and service is personable and tenative we had 8 of the cocktails as per staff’s recommendation and all where unique and equally as amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
