Great staff, convenient location, very good rooms and overall decent spread of the breakfast (which was complimentary). We enjoyed our 2 day stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Also the prices we found were reasonable.

My spouse offers 5 stars for the cool made-from-recycled-material-comb (see attached photograph). I give 5 stars as it was the quietest major city hotel that I have ever stayed in. Our stomachs offer 5 stars for the extensive breakfast buffet. We arrived by train with bicycles and was pleased to find that our bicycles were secured overnight. By-the-way: you have to ask for the comb. It is complimentary and part of the in-room toiletry offering.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in January. Quiet room, comfortable bed. The rooms are a bit small, not much room to move around. Would be good if they had a small proper dining table rather than a narrow bench. Water pressure in shower is great. Good breakfast included in the price. Relatively cheap parking onsite.

Great location close to Newcastle Interchange. Breakfast is included in room price and is good. Not much to choose from in range of fruit. Rooms are clean comfortable. Only thing for improvement, would be the staff at checkin/bar. We energetic and excited the hotel several times a day and not once did the staff say hello or acknowledge us.
