Stayed here twice, both times in an accessible room. Plenty of room to move about in. Located near the lift which was great, didn't hear outside noises which I first thought would be an issue. Spacious bathroom with flip down shower seat. Bed was comfy

I've stayed here with my partner for a couple of trips and we really like the hotel for the comfy bed, comfy (a bit small) rooms, and the free breakfast. The service is really good and it helps there's paid parking on-site. The hotel is close to everything or a tram ride away to the Newcastle Beach. We also like that the rooms come with a soft and firm pillow, so you can choose if you're picky. The rates are affordable too, probably the most affordable for Newcastle CBD.

Great place to stay and good value for money. I would have given 5 stars except for two small things. 1. The water in room 301 could not be regulated to a suitable temperature. It would go from Luke Warm to very hot constantly. I did advise staff at reception. 2. We decided to dine in the grand room ( I think it was called a dining room where breakfast was provided. It was very quiet Sunday night, and our order cheese burger/ chips + Fish and chips took almost 40 mins. We would stay again, though. Staff were friendly and located near the light rail starting point.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time and appreciated the clean room. The $20 per night parking fee was unexpected. I was pleased to discover the small gym, which was great for a quick workout. The breakfast had a good variety, with eggs and bacon being my favorites. The friendly kitchen staff made the experience even better.I look forward to returning and would be delighted to hear about any loyalty programs or special offers for returning guests.

Best hotel We books this hotel at 2am and reached at 3am. Even at 3am staff were very kind and helpful. Free breakfast, secure undercover parking, looks and feels brand new, kind staff. Also gave us free late checkout Definitely recommend this hotel any day
