Enjoyed our 3 night stay in January. Quiet room, comfortable bed. The rooms are a bit small, not much room to move around. Would be good if they had a small proper dining table rather than a narrow bench. Water pressure in shower is great. Good breakfast included in the price. Relatively cheap parking onsite.

I've stayed here with my partner for a couple of trips and we really like the hotel for the comfy bed, comfy (a bit small) rooms, and the free breakfast. The service is really good and it helps there's paid parking on-site. The hotel is close to everything or a tram ride away to the Newcastle Beach. We also like that the rooms come with a soft and firm pillow, so you can choose if you're picky. The rates are affordable too, probably the most affordable for Newcastle CBD.

Stayed here twice, both times in an accessible room. Plenty of room to move about in. Located near the lift which was great, didn't hear outside noises which I first thought would be an issue. Spacious bathroom with flip down shower seat. Bed was comfy

First time here. Overall a foot experience. Check in was fast and friendly. The room layout was comfortable. Interesting bathroom door which also served as a shower door. Most amenities were available. Breakfast is always a plus. On the downside, my inroom safe was not working due to a low battery, and took two days to fix. The garbage can in my bathroom was broken, so it did not open when the lever is stepped on. And the hot water jumped from whatever you set it to scalding hot, and then back again. This was never resolved. Otherwise a good experience. All the staff was very friendly.

There was a bit of confusion with our company's booking process but was quickly resolved by the staff when I checked in. The room was clean with all the necessary consumables. Though, I wish they have an extra blanket available just in for cooler weather but cannot/do not want to use the air-con as heater. The included buffet-style breakfast has good choices of food. Though, would be nice to have different options the pastries on alternative days would be good. Having the same pastries for 5 consecutive days could get a bit boring. The most uncomfortable experience, to put in lightly, was the lunch/dinner food ordering has to go through scanning the QR code. Despite being a tech person, I feel uncomfortable order through a real-person. So, I had to take a short walk to surrounding restaurants each night for my week-long stay. The small gym with towels provided is a big plus. The self-service laundry is a great option for those on long-stay or family. $2 per was is a bargain.
