The rooms were luxurious and furnished in a modern yet comfortable manner. The bedding and pillows provided exceptional comfort, and the television was strategically positioned for optimal viewing. The bathroom was both inviting and well-equipped, featuring a step-down shower with an adjustable hose shower head. While the fitness center may not have been extensively equipped, it was sufficient for an adequate workout.

Great place to stay. Staff very helpful, good breakfast, comfortable & clean room. Also nice to have laundry access at a very low cost. Well positioned close to light rail but we found it ok walk to most things. We would definitely stay again.

I had the best stay at the Newcastle Holiday Inn. Overnight parking is an additional $20. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a kettle, mini fridge, and cutlery, though there was no microwave. I will definitely come back again when I visit Newcastle.

First, all the positives. Great location, friendly staff, simple but modern clean and stylish rooms. In our room, a very comfortable king, size bed and very nice bathroom. On the Saturday evening, free parking right outside the door. As I arranged our stay at the last minute, I assumed that a Holiday Inn at over $300 per night would have a restaurant, bar and extensive room service. My fault for not researching properly, and as it was a slightly cold and windy afternoon outside I really just wanted to relax for something to eat and drink at the hotel. On a warm sunny afternoon, this would not have been an issue so totally my own fault. Fortunately there are some nice places to eat and drink not far away so with those reservations in mind, I would stay there again.

We stayed here last week and were not all that happy with the place. Location is great and rooms are nice and clean. The pillows on the beds were dreadful, very flat and lumpy! We went to breakfast on first day at 8am and there was barely any thing left by that time and staff were clearing food away by 8.15. We felt rushed and didnt get much. The bed was hard and gave us neck and back pains.
