Stayed here with my daughter for a surprise trip. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were lovely. I'm not a person who stays in expensive/flashy hotels just to sleep in. What's the point? If a good, well priced, comfortable hotel close to everything is all you need to get a good night's rest then this is the perfect hotel. We will definitely be back if we come back to Sydney

Great location, reasonably priced, a little tired. The premier apartment comes a large living room, master bedroom with ensuite, a separate bedroom, bathroom toilet, laundry. The master bedroom did not seem to have ANY power points. I want to say the apartment was clean, I think it was, but when we came home late at night, the apartment had a strong smell of sewer. It seemed to come from the laundry. Once we closed the laundry door (thankfully it had one) the smell seemed to subside. The AC also seemed to help. Beds were comfortable and large. Large built-in wardrobes. Edit: responded promptly to my comment. Another ⭐ for service for this and another ⭐ from my wife for the service at reception.

Would I stay here again? I'm not so sure. It's a great location but there's loads of hotels in the area. This place needs to step up its game. Pros: Location and friendly staff Cons: - one of our rooms had the view of a brick wall! (Over $200 a night for a dark dingy room with that view) - Freezing cold swimming pool! - the lift takes for ever so allow 5-10mins for that. - cleaner took our key card - 1 chair and no table in 1 of our rooms - only 1 cup or 1 utensil for a room of 2 people. - no idea how the room passes health and safety checks when the sprinkler and light are above the kitchen cupboard. So as you can see. Far more cons than pros.

The apartment was awesome for the couple of days I stayed there, comfortable beds, high pressure showers, good facilities. One thing that would've been nice in the room would be additional glass or a curtain or something for the other half of the shower, as I found that depending on how you angle yourself you can inadvertently send water straight onto the floor in front of the toilet. That point also makes the bath mat a necessity. I also found the service was great barring their initial reluctance to charge the card on file for the room, but they sorted this before I left and this is a specific issue for anyone staying for business, so A+ for the resolution Otherwise great place and hope to stay there again in the future

Very in need of an update. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious but the carpet had stains and duct tape covering rips. Bathrooms very dated and the kitchen draws and cupboards were filthy. Went to go for a swim and the ceiling was collapsing with water streaming out and buckets all over the ground. Sauna wasn't turned on and pool was freezing. Staff were ok, room service was pricey but good and location was excellent. The wait for the lifts is extremely annoying and one day only one lift was working and it was full so we had to use the stairs which was a long trek. We paid $2100 for 3 nights and I feel this is too much considering the rooms need work. Wouldn't stay again.
