If you’re considering having your wedding reception at this venue, I highly recommend it. Lauren, the event coordinator, was absolutely fantastic. Her thorough communication throughout the entire process made us feel incredibly comfortable. She was flexible and attentive to our needs, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail was impeccable. The wedding party ran a little bit late, roughly about 20 minutes, due to us having so much fun getting our professional photos and videos. But when I called to inform them, they easily adapted and kept our wedding guests happy, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff at the venue were lovely and very helpful, contributing to the fantastic night we had. If you want a stress-free wedding experience with reliable support, this is the place to go. The venue itself has a wonderful atmosphere. While the wedding party was out getting photos, guests were able to enjoy a few drinks by the pool, adding to the aesthetically pleasing environment. The reception room was fantastic as well, and their recommendation of DJ/MC - Nathan from Bennett Productions was spot on. Nathan was outstanding. His user-friendly app allowed the bride and groom to select songs for every moment, from the ceremony to the reception. They could even invite wedding guests to add songs to the list, which was fantastic. The food was another highlight of the evening. Despite the common misconception about buffet food, theirs was of high quality, fresh, and deliciously warm. We were also delighted with the Mr. and Mrs. cocktails and the wristbands provided to keep tabs on everyone and the different bar tabs. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

My wife and I stayed here 2 weeks in a row for 3 nights each time. We had an accessible room, with wider entry way and bathroom which allowed my wife to easily manoeuvre her large power wheel chair. The first stay in room 250, the bed was good. The second stay (in a different room) the bed was terrible. The next morning we asked to move to room 250, which was available luckily. Big self serve breakfast in the dining area each morning was outstanding. Dig in to scrambled eggs, bacon, chipolata sausages, hash browns, toast, cereals, juice and fruit. So pretty much everything to suit everyone. Dine in or get a tray and take your food back to your room. Microwave there to reheat it if necessary. Function area was in demand with an event on each night we were there. Outside pool area was inviting. Bar area is cosy with an adequate amount of lounge or table and stool seating. Free pool table and lounge area. Service was friendly and efficient. Lift to levels 1 and 2 was adequate for my wife in her powered wheel chair and myself to fit in readily. Location is quiet and next to the drive-in cinema, entry was included in our stays. The only busy time I experienced was when the markets take over the drive in area and there were cars and people everywhere.

Great stay. Will be back. Service was great, the pool is fantastic and the rooms are nice and new with just the right amount of space. The bed is comfortable, and it's not too noisy even when busy downstairs. Only downsides - the food is quite expensive at the restaurant (although it is good), and the room was dusty, so it was obviously not cleaned properly. One lampshade had like a 2cm layer of dust! It was pretty offputting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Booked a twin room for the night.. checked in and put luggage into room and left for concert.. when I returned to the hotel at 11:30 at night I seen my bed had hair all over the bedsheets.. staff gave me another room but didn’t get to the other room until after 12 Really disappointed ☹️ - didn’t have an issue with the manager who helped. Had an issue and was disappointed that your cleaner left our room dirty and had to change rooms at 12 at night because they didn’t do their job .. room should have been ready when I arrived. When I called manager he asked if I wanted to change to a twin room or king size bed as they were both available I said I did in fact not care as long as it was clean, and whilst I was booking you were having a sale making both the twin room and accessible room the same price so no additional extra there but originally booked twin room as someone might of needed an accessible but due to your mistake and being 12 at night I wanted to sleep in same bed as partner.. Manager was great he relocated me and super friendly.

Another Sydney hotel that was probably great in the younger years but is not as good as it should be. I assume the ownership changed somewhere along the way and is now run on minimum budget to maximise profits. Check-in was swift and easy, and the staff very nice. The room is fitted out fine, the bed comfortable, and has excellent soundproofing with quiet air conditioning. Unfortunately, someone previously spilt what looks like instant coffee powder on the carpet, and this is still there, and there's a stain on the sofa that is red in colour... hopefully, it's not blood! There was a large cockroache next to the sink, I didn't realise this hotel was pet friendly. I'll assume it got carried by the previous guest and not a fault of the hotel. Finally, the tiny drinks fridge is luke warm and has black mould inside. Nasty! The coffee pod machines are a thing of the past, but there is a kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, and cutlery for self-serving of food, so that is welcomed. However, given the discovery of the kitchen "pet," I think I will use my own on this visit. I'm not going to inspect the inside of the microwave too closely, but I'm sure it will be fine for popcorn 😀 The restaurant and pool area are nice when there isn"t a conference on. I recommend calling the property ahead of time to see if they have any functions booked for the dates you're planning to stay and avoid if possible. Acommodation is adequate for the right price. Just don't expect perfection or pay too much. If more attention was paid to cleaning and minor maintenance, this place would be 5 stars.
