The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating – I arrived early for my booking, and they quickly found me a table without any hassle. The view was absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing meal. The food came out swiftly and was delicious. Overall, a fantastic spot for great service, beautiful surroundings, and tasty food. Highly recommend!
If you are in Sydney you can't go past a return ferry trip to Watson's Bay and a dinning experience at this wonderful venue. Try a book an outside waterview table, relax and enjoy an amazing meal from the extensive menu whilst enjoying memorable harbour views. A great selection of drinks on offer including cocktails which are sure to please.
I booked a bottomless lunch for my best friend's hen party back in November 2024 for February 2025. About a month before the event, I visited the venue to confirm where we would be seated, review the decorations I had planned, and inform them that one of our guests was pregnant. They reassured me that her meal would be at a reduced price due to her condition, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, when I arrived the day before the hen do, I was met with complete silence—no communication about any of the details we had previously discussed. To my shock, the staff told me that they generally don’t allow decorations but would make an exception this time due to the apparent miscommunication. That was just the beginning of the issues. On the day of the event, they seated us in a completely different area from what had been confirmed, and when I asked about it, they claimed that a last-minute function had come up. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering I had made the booking in November and had been in constant contact since. The lack of professionalism and poor planning was evident from the start. Then, the situation got worse. They told me that, due to their liquor license, the pregnant guest would still need to pay the full price of the meal, despite being unable to drink. This was not only frustrating but also downright insulting. The fact that they didn’t even offer an alternative or a fair solution made it even more frustrating. How could they justify charging her full price when she wasn’t able to partake in one of the main offerings (the alcohol)? When the day of the event finally arrived, there was still no communication or organisation. The staff tried to move us yet again, but I spoke up, making it clear that this wasn’t what we had agreed on. They reluctantly moved us back to where we were supposed to be seated, but the tension was already palpable. The food itself was nothing special—mediocre at best—and definitely not worth the amount we had paid. To top it off, they kicked us out promptly at the two-hour mark, even though I had specifically requested an extra hour in November when I made the booking. This was completely disrespectful, especially since we had already spent more than the cost of the bottomless lunch itself. We felt rushed and like we were an inconvenience to them. All in all, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We had been excited for this event, and it ended up being a stressful, uncomfortable experience from start to finish. The lack of communication, professionalism, and overall poor treatment left a bad taste, and I’ll be hard-pressed to ever recommend this venue to anyone in the future.
Amazing seafood, super fresh and delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they gave us the perfect spot to treat our friends. Huge thanks for the great service, will definitely be back!
