We chose this hotel for it's location, an easy walk to the theatres we were attending. We arrived early and the lady that greeted us very helpful. She organised parking of our car and storage of our cases so we could have lunch before checking in. When we returned I was disappointed as I had requested a high floor and the room was on the 9th floor. On entering the room we very happily surprised to find we had been upgraded to a larger room with views of the harbour. The breakfast menu isn't large but the food and the serving size were both very good. Also I had no problem making a change to what was on my order. All the staff with were pleasant and good to deal with. Looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks.

Wow! Views of Harbour Bridge & Opera House were amazing! Lovely 2 bedroom suite with kettle and coffee maker. Loads of towels and gowns with slippers. Beds comfy Washing machine and dryer came in very handy. We loved our stay here. I could have stood at the window all day just looking at the Bridge and Opera House.

The apartment was amazingly spacious, great for a family of 5. The views onto the Harbour Bridge and Opera House were also brilliant, lovely big windows to take it all in. Excellent location. Daily servicing was great. Kitchen well equipped. Only downside was our apartment had a strong smell of smoke, we advised reception who sent housekeeping to spray the apartment, but unfortunately the smoking smell remained, it must have been soaked into the carpet/curtains/furniture from awhile ago as no smoking is allowed now.

We have recently stayed at this hotel for three days as a family of four. I will share the positives first, the view was absolutely amazing, and that is what you are really paying for here. The rooms were of a good size and were tidy. The reception area of the hotel was always clean and well presented, the Australian lady assistant manager we asked for directions from was very helpful and pleasant. We did not feel this warmth from other members of staff at the reception desk. The location is great, no more than 20 minutes walk from everywhere you want to be, this made it really easy for us to explore and then go back to the room as we please when the kids were tired or needing a nap! Unfortunately the room we stayed in was very tired with damaged furniture, grout missing from the bathroom, wall plugs still in the wall from where something had been previously hung in there, hair in the bath (the bath was very clearly not cleaned) and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable for my daughter she requested to sleep on the floor. For the price point, we would have expected a room with a higher standard of both cleanliness and attention to detail. There were also often room service trays dumped outside of our room by I assume housekeeping who mean to collect them later and forget. After noticing this, I looked at reviews on here and have seen similar issues and a copy and paste response from the hotel. I would suggest reinvesting into the rooms - as there are many hotels offering the same view without these complaints. To conclude, it was a comfortable stay, disappointing in some areas given the price, beautiful views and location is great!

Excellent location, right on Circular Quay. It's a clean, elegant building, very clean and well-designed interior. The room was great: large, well-set up, good bathroom (important!) with separate bath and shower. Staff were very friendly and competent. The breakfast was excellent: good choices, decent serving size and served piping hot. The orange juice wasn't freshly-squeezed, but that's literally the only gripe about the breakfast. All in all - very good indeed for a quick trip to Sydney!
