From the moment you walk into room 1706 youโ€™re captured by the panoramic window with views of the Harbour bridge and Opera house. The apartment was perfect much larger than we anticipated with multiple bathrooms and big bedrooms. Along with a fully equipped kitchen it suits multi day stays. Stayed up till the early hours to soak in the harbour lights and to top it off greeted with a cruise-ship pulling into dock with a tug putting on a fountain show for the ship. Just spectacular!!!!

Accor Plus Gold Member Upgrade ๐Ÿ‘ 2BR Standard to a Deluxe Apartment Welcome Gift ๐Ÿ‘ House Sparkling Wine; Artisan Croissant Pastry Welcome Drinks ๐Ÿ‘ I stayed at Sebel - Sydney Quay West for 3-nights for my birthday celebrations and to see a show at The Sydney Opera house. The trip went fast but staying at Sebel made the experience a very memorable one. My husband and i stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and my mother joined us, so the accommodations were perfect. Both bedrooms were fantastic - particularly the main with en-suite which were both luxurious. Although not a modern apartment, the view is so captivating both during the day and at night, we actually spent most of our time in the living area enjoying the views. Room service were efficient, and the restaurant was good. In fact, the restaurant food was so fantastic, that we ate there every night and tried most of the dishes between us. Excellent value for money and always cooked to absolute perfection. My husband and i departed early and we completed our checkout, and the manager was happy for my mother to stay in the apartment until 2pm and they assisted her with arranging a taxi to the airport. They did an absolutely wonderful job so thank you for the team for making that effort in helping her to make her way home. It was very much appreciated. We were so impressed with Sebel Quay Suites, Iโ€™ve already booked a 4-night stay in March 2025, when my husband and i are travelling with my Sister-in-Law from London. Iโ€™m convinced she will be so impressed with views and services that Sebel have to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Quay West Suite. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure that our family, especially my daughter, felt welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel offered a kid-friendly environment, including, a pool with shallow sections for the little one, and even a special kids' menu at the restaurant, which my child loved! The location was perfect for family outings, with attractions nearby and convenient transportation options. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to any families looking for a great, relaxing stay. Thank you, The Sebel Quay for making our trip unforgettable!

A gem of a hotel in a great location. Our accommodation was a Suite with an amazing Harbour View in 14th floor. The Suite had a fully fitted kitchen plus utility room so you could be fully self catered if you wanted a change from eating out. The staff were friendly and helpful plus the breakfasts were delicious with a great choice of hot meals served to the table in addition to a cold buffet. Another unexpected bonus was the heated pool / gym / jacuzzi on the 23rd floor again with a great view. Very close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and the Shopping area. Perfect!

The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was torn up in places and dirty. There was rubbish and mess in between the couch when the sofa bed was pulled out. The dryer stopped working during our stay. The room was so outdated with old appliances, definitely not up to the standard of a Sebel hotel. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned, my daughter has a dust mite allergy and she had a really bad allergic reaction during our stay. I felt like we were staying in a 3 star, cheap $50 a night accommodation room, not a 5 star hotel, far far from it. On a positive note, the check in staff were great and the valet parking staff were fantastic! We stayed in 4 different hotels/suites during our stay and this was by far the worst. The state of the room really made me regret our stay and wanting a refund. Not happy with the stay at all unfortunately.
