I visited both during the day and at night recently. All the rides felt safe and were great value for the price! There is also a dedicated area for families with plenty of rides for young kids. At night, Dreamworld transforms into a night market with food stalls, drinks, and live performances on stage. However, I wouldn’t recommend bringing young children to the night event, as the music can be quite loud and may not be suitable for them. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Dreamworld. There’s something for everyone, whether you visit during the day or at night!

We bought annual passes and an extra $50 for the Christmas in July event. It was our first time at Dreamworld in 10 years as we usually get Village passes but their prices are too high now. The animals are great and we loved seeing the eagle, Tassie devils, koalas etc. and the tiger was magnificent. The dodgems are fun and the kids loved shooting the foam balls at me! Other rides like the Claw are fun but as you’d expect have big wait times. The food though is terrible. The pizza is the worst I’ve ever had - the chicken one had one tiny stale piece on it and it tasted so bad I couldn’t eat It. The chips were tasteless and let’s face it, you have to have real skill to totally stuff up chips but they did. And the burgers were very ordinary and massively overpriced. Dreamworld - please take this feedback on board and improve your food. And the Christmas in July event was so boring. The shows were cringe - not a single child was smiling or singing along or laughing at any of the jokes. They should have a parade like Movieworld does. We definitely won’t go next year.

Visited 7/4/26 - Easter holidays. Long review - but why DW got 4 instead 5 stars First off, the positives: the staff are amazing - shout out to Megan on gate 6 at the entry, Elijah on the shockwave, the lady on the tailspin at close and the superstar in the jungle rush store. The park was keep pretty clean for how busy it was. All rides were open and fun Annual passes is great value and gets you lots of in store discounts, all staff asked me if I had a pass, which was great There are more than rides too! Some cool animal exhibits and shows The neutral: it’s Easter, so long waits - but clearly marked. I do wonder if they could speed up the process but safety must come first. For example the Steel Taipan has two coasters but one sits for ages before loading ? But again, theme park , you wait The negatives: the food is average, I’m not sure how you can make a burger wrong but they do. Also, you get a discount with annual passes but you can’t use the self serve kiosk - you must line up. Free refills are slow and a hassle - please put refill stations around the park. The train doesn’t stop at jungle rush despite a platform appearing to be there. Lastly, I understand that if you are a bigger person, like one of our guests, you can’t do all rides for safety reasons - some rides have handy seats before you line so you can tell but not all. We found jungle rush was able to accommodate and while staff were gentle and polite, perhaps a list could be made available online of rides suitable for bigger guests. But I would recommend Dreamworld - it’ll give you a full day entertainment and the rides are pretty cool

I had an amazing time there! The rides were perfect for families and kids, with a few thrilling ones thrown in. The short wildlife stroll was a nice touch too! Really appreciate the tiger conservation efforts!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Google Review Our visit to Dreamworld's Christmas in July was an unforgettable experience, especially as it was Miss Mia's very first visit as a certified Assistance Dog. From the moment we arrived, the Dreamworld team made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff were friendly, respectful and understanding, ensuring Mia could enjoy the park comfortably while remaining in her pram throughout the event. The Christmas decorations, festive atmosphere, sparkling lights and entertainment created such a magical experience. Mia especially loved meeting Belinda Koala and Kenny, making memories we'll treasure forever. As an Assistance Dog handler, I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the Dreamworld team. It made our first visit together so special and stress-free. Thank you, Dreamworld, for creating such a welcoming and inclusive environment. We can't wait to return for more adventures! Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fun day out on the Gold Coast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
