A fantastic day out for the whole family. What I was expecting to be a driving range session for my husband was a fantastic day for our family of 4, our kids (10 and 3) loved this probably as much as my husband. We spent 90 mins and played 4 games (kids loved picking them), at around $90 + $20 membership. The snacks were relatively reasonably priced, free refills on soft drinks and excellent service by our attendant. We will definitely be back.

Awesome place, awesome Fun, Awesome Food. We loved, loved, loved it. The top floor is the best. We just turn up order two hours upstairs and go upstairs to wait. Sometimes you wait 30 minutes, sometime 80 minutes... but we order food and drinks and enjoy the atmosphere. It is fun.

We celebrated my husband's Birthday here. It was outstanding! It was my first time playing golf and I felt so confident because of the good atmosphere and the vibe around the area. From the front desk to the Bay, all staffs are soOo accommodating, smiling and friendly! The food is also good as well. Though the waiting time is a bit long, it was worth it. I would recommend the place to my family and friends. Overall, the experience is excellent! We loved it and we are very satisfied. We’ll be back soon. Thank you

Forgot to post this but was visiting from NZ for magic round and we called in on the public holiday having visited before. My b in law had issues booking online and had msg them, they called in the morning and sent a custom payment page. We were checking out and forgot and they called to follow up which was great to ensure they could hold our booking. It was busy there (naturally) there was a mix up and they hadn’t added the chips to our order, the wait time was a little longer but nothing that bothered us. They sorted the chips at no charge when they realised and with a bit left on our tab used it for the kids dessert which we’d have to top up maybe $5. The manager wandered past and said I’ve cleared the dessert from your tab for the mix up earlier and the wait. We were pretty stunned at just how above and beyond the staff went that day without us grizzling at all. The small things are what end up being big things and more businesses could learn a thing or two and take this lead. We’ll be back as we always are, next time we’re over. It’s always been top notch but this last experience was 🤌🏼

I had a great time with my family overall, but unfortunately, the service during this visit was disappointing compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I've been here multiple times before — always on Level 2 or above — and those visits were exceptional. The service was consistently attentive, smooth, and felt like a five-star experience. Tonight, however, we were on Level 1 (ground level), and the difference in service was very noticeable. Our “host” said he would come back to take our food and drink orders but never returned. No one else checked in with us either. We had to go to the bar ourselves just to get drinks. We were told that soft drinks came with free refills and to ask the hostess for one — but when we tried to find her, the only staff member we saw was engaged in a 30-minute conversation with another employee. We also had to ask for our food, as it was never brought out or offered until we followed up. At the end of our session, we were told someone would come by during the last 15 minutes to either extend our time or close it out — but again, no one came, and we had to manage it ourselves. I don’t like to be the person who complains, especially since I’ve had such great experiences here before, but unfortunately this visit just wasn’t up to the standard I’ve come to expect.
