The room was lovely. The view amazing. Clean and comfortable. Location to theatre great. Staff friendly and pleasant. Coffee in the restaurant in the morning was smooth and flavoursome. My only crux was the limitation of information at booking time. I booked via booking.com advised of my itinerary and requirements for my disabled mother. Chatted with Novotel via app and at no time advised an additional fee would be required to park in a disability carpark. While I don’t mind paying for services, what I don’t like is lack of transparency when I specifically ask to about parking spot, then get hit with a fee on check in. The website states parking available, but no * stating a fee is required. Overall, good out weighs the one small detail.

Spacious, Comfortable & Convenient Stay in South Bank. I recently stayed at Novotel Brisbane South Bank over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king bed, clean and tidy bathroom, and a large wall-mounted TV with plenty of viewing options. It was quiet throughout, which made for a restful stay, and the mini bar was a convenient touch. The location is excellent, walking distance to great food spots, the museum, and even the CBD, which made exploring the area super easy. The on-site restaurant and cafe served good coffee, and while the buffet breakfast was fairly standard, the friendly staff made the overall dining experience pleasant. A solid option for both work and leisure in Brisbane, I’d stay again.

Great location if visiting QPAC, the art galleries and surrounding areas. Had booked a Premier "N" Room and was given a complimentary upgrade to the Executive "N" Suite on the top floor. The room was beautifully appointed and had a lovely view of the city. As we were seeing a show, we prebooked our dinner at the restaurant. We were served promptly so could relax and enjoy our meal. Staff are very friendly. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Great customer service. Amazing breakfast varieties. Definitely recommend. One thing that did stand out was a waitress called Mel who worked in the restaurant. She was super sweet and always had a smile. The others looked miserable.

From check in to check out we were very happy with our experience at Novotel Southbank. We had no problems getting a car space. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the full buffet breakfast which had everything you could think of for breakfast. Loved the location as we were able to walk literally across the road to the convention centre and to Southbank. We would definitely stay again.
