It's a very good hotel. The restaurant area is very nice and pleasant. The breakfast is very varied. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. And the customer service is good. Problem: the bathroom door is made of glass and opens into the room, making it uncomfortable to share a room.

Awesome place. Friendly people. Clean rooms. Dinner was absolutely beautiful. Well cooked delicious. Nothing was to much trouble Waitress was so lovely and helpful. Had the salmon. If your a big eater recommend side serve chips or mash. Breakfast was also delicious Walking distance to the museum.

Stayed here as I was a vendor at one of the conferences across the road.. Marie and the team were exceptional. Honestly out of all the Novotels I’ve stayed in this one is the best. Nothing was too much trouble - from print outs to heating up some pizza, to dealing with a booking issue… this is my hotel now whenever I stay in Brisbane.

I had an incredible stay at Novotel. From start to finish, the staff were absolutely amazing. So attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We were celebrating my mum’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The food was fantastic, both in the restaurant and through in room dining for breakfast. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. As an Accor staff member myself down in Gold Coast, I couldn’t recommend Novotel more. This property truly reflects the best of the Accor brand. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.
