Great hotel. Clean rooms. Great customer service. Amazing breakfast varieties. Definitely recommend. One thing that did stand out was a waitress called Mel who worked in the restaurant. She was super sweet and always had a smile. The others looked miserable.

Staff were extremely friendly. Only con was the room temperature. Set thermostat to 20 but the room never dropped below 22. Too warm for a proper sleep. No free filtered water bottles in the rooms either which has become the norm in other hotels. Brisbane tap water isn’t enjoyable due to extreme water softeners.

Great location if you are attending the Brisbane convention center—just a 3-minute walk—and my room had a beautiful view of a green park. The hotel is pricey but comfortable and well-equipped. Disappointed that housekeeping skipped my room one day, which shouldn’t happen at this level. Breakfast options were limited. Still, overall a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location with friendly staff. However, the mattress was too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, something to consider if you prefer a firmer bed. Unfortunately, I also found a dead cockroach in the kettle upon check-in, which was disappointing. Attention to cleanliness in the rooms certainly needs to be improved.

Ryan and his team in the restaurant and bar are fantastic. We have stayed here several times and have never once had a poor experience. Ryan is a great manager, and he and his team are the epitomy of what customer service is all about. They are an absolute credit to this hotel, and we seriously dread the day when we rock up to find they may have moved on.
