Great hotel. Clean rooms. Great customer service. Amazing breakfast varieties. Definitely recommend. One thing that did stand out was a waitress called Mel who worked in the restaurant. She was super sweet and always had a smile. The others looked miserable.

We stayed in a Family King Suit with adjoining room for the kids. The suits were beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing, Thien and Nym from reception were so accommodating. Samantha and Meliame were especially exceptional at breakfast, they went above and beyond to make sure that myself, my partner and children were well taken care of. Overall a great experience made special by staff going out of their way to wish my partner a happy birthday as the trip was to celebrate him.

Novotel Southbank is tucked away from the city's main drag, however it is easily walkable to the core of the city across the river. Southbank area on its own has lots of eateries and a buzzing nightlife. The hotel is easy to drive to. The hotel facilities are modern and sleek. We found it to be clean and well taken care of. The only gripe we had was the unavailability of bathrobes and slippers in our room. Not too sure if this is the case across the entire hotel. Never got a chance to sample the restaurant but had a decent margarita and coffee at checking out. Will be back.
