Stayed here as I was a vendor at one of the conferences across the road.. Marie and the team were exceptional. Honestly out of all the Novotels I’ve stayed in this one is the best. Nothing was too much trouble - from print outs to heating up some pizza, to dealing with a booking issue… this is my hotel now whenever I stay in Brisbane.

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel South Brisbane. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making the experience feel smooth and professional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed – perfect for a relaxing stay. Great location too, with easy access to South Bank. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing experience. I booked as part of a conference and was told that breakfast was included. This seemed strange so I checked several times but was reassured that it was covered. Then some weeks later I received an email to say that they'd made a mistake and charged my credit card. I didn't really take advantage of the buffet since I was at a conference, so I wouldn't have had your breakfast if it wasn't apparently included as part of the booking. My attempts to discuss this have been ignored. This is poor form, and in a crowded area with several options makes it easy for me to simply choose another hotel for my next conference

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Great customer service. Amazing breakfast varieties. Definitely recommend. One thing that did stand out was a waitress called Mel who worked in the restaurant. She was super sweet and always had a smile. The others looked miserable.
