We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We parked the car and didn't use it again , till leaving the resort to go home, two days later. The buffet breakfast was nice, however would have been great to have some grilled tomatoes or mushrooms added to the hot items. We will be back :)

Thank you so much for upgrading us to an executive studio. The view was amazing and the studio had everything we needed. The surprise "treats" were much appreciated also. It had been a while since we last spent an evening in Surfers Paradise and we enjoyed the super convenient location of the hotel, really within walking distance of everything. We look forward to our next visit.

This was our families first visit to Novotel Surfers Paradise. The check in procedure was quickly and professionally performed by very helpful Sheridan. Thank you Sheridan for a great service, a comfortable start of our seven night stay. Our room on the twelfth floor was clean, open, inviting with city & sea views. Although, so called renovated, the trades workmanship is well below par, however the bed was made beautifully with white crisp sheets and most importantly the bathroom was clean. As accommodation operators we can say the housekeeping staff do take pride in their work. The other outstanding team members we'd like to personally thank are Anthony (born to entertain), Tanya (a beautiful ❤️ soul) from BLVD cafe/bar & Ann, kitchen staff, Monique (beautiful presentation of food) on level one breakfast room. Buffet breakfast however was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. Upon complaining the loyalty manager offered to take off/discount our "complimentary" breakfast. There are several staff members who do need retraining. Otherwise a great, enjoyable seven nights stay and as promised, we'll all be back soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the location was perfect. The room while dated had everything we needed (although it was unusual having a fridge on the bathroom). The welcome gifts exceeded my expectations and the hand written note by the GM was a lovely touch. The service shown to us from check in to check out was amazing (thank you for the breakfast box as our flights were early). If I'm back in Surfers Paradise again. I'd definitely stay back here. Thank you to all.
