I had my 30th party at the National Secret venue. I had the best night! The staff was incredible, attentive and made the process seamless! They checked regularly to make sure everything was going to plan. Communication throughout the planning process was really good. The food was great! Sound system was great! You get a huge price venue for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone. Big thank you to the Aussie Nash team for their amazing work!

If you’re looking for a pub that delivers every single time, The Nash is the place to be. Whether it’s your first visit or your regular haunt, you’re in for a treat. I’ve been coming here for years, and not once have I left without a smile (and maybe a little buzz). The star of the show? Bartender Scott. This guy’s got radar-like attentiveness and the kind of charm that turns a great night into a legendary one. Need a drink suggestion? He’s got you. Got a case of the hiccups? Came for an footy event. Ordered drinks and snacks through the app on the table. Nothing for 15 min so headed to the bar to confirm they got the order. Rude girl behind the counter said that the printer was broken so no order. Showed her the receipts so she could make the drinks and she exclaimed ‘we don’t have Stella’ repeatedly until we selected another option. She explained that the menu app had not been updated in months. Oh sorry, with no signage not to use the app HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW? No offer of refund for difference in drink price with the change. I tried to clarify if the food order would have been received and if we could cancel as time was now an issue. She said ‘yes obviously because the food order goes to the kitchen where they have a printer’. Tone to me was like I was a stupid stupid person. Not a fan. Waited another 15 minutes and then checked on our food again with a different, more helpful staff member. She couldn’t find our order and ended up refunding us.

I was celebrating my friend's birthday in one of the function rooms at your establishment. I understand that your staff has the right to limit my alcohol consumption, and I respect that. However, I was surprised when your manager asked me to leave. I believe I was not behaving in an unruly or disorderly manner. I was disappointed with the way I was treated. I observed other patrons downstairs who were more intoxicated and boisterous than I was, but they were not asked to leave. Additionally, I found the service to be lacking and the staff to be rude and condescending. I will be sure to share my experience with others and advise them not to book events or visit your venue.

If the I could give 0 stars I would, the staff here make you feel unwanted and the waiting time for food is unrealistic even on a quiet night, I have been here a few times now and over the last couple of months it has gone down hill, I believe the staff need retraining on customer service as well as the quality of food needs to increase. They can’t seem to cook a steak medium, I could of pulled one out of the freezer and threw it on the plate and it would of been cooked better.
