The service from this hotel staff were definitely the best me and my partner have ever experienced! Every single staff were so accomodating and nice. Our room which was the king suite came with free dinner/breakfast and parking which we couldn’t go wrong. The location was literally right across to b Dandenong square although the location itself isn’t around anything else and a bit unsafe when walking the streets even with both my partner walking together.

Newish hotel in the centre of Dandenong. Excellent front desk service. Food varied from a great breakfast variety with good quality to a very poor pizza covered in American squeeze mustard. The room are of good quality although the walls are thin. Parking was safe and secure. Recommended as an overnight. Dandenong is not a goal location being somewhat run down, despite the nearby shops. If you are there, worth trip to the market.

I’ll be staying here again! - The rooms were nice - the food was delicious - Check-in was easy. Staff were attentive. - The area, is rough for sure but nothing over the top. We walked home from a movie in 2 minutes on our night off. A Solid hotel and definitely would stay again. Worth having a catch up in the lobby for a gin too!

Hotel is lovely and well priced. Don at the front desk was very helpful! Hotel showers need a longer screen but otherwise rooms are lovely. Included breakfast is great! Restaurant needs a few more mid priced options. If it did we would have eaten there every meal. Restaurant always seems under staffed so be prepared to wait.

Bed 4.5 - shower 4 (could improve with a door). Kettle was very clean - no built up limescale. A good comfortable stay overall.
