We went for a friend’s birthday dinner and it was quite good experience. Friendliness and care from Don the manager made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He personally checked us if we had everything and if we need anything. We are very happy with his/ their hospitality and also we love food and the ambiance of the restaurant. Definitely will come back! ♥️

Staff were very accommodating. The managers, especially, Don. Hats off to you and your amazing team! The food, 10/10 Their breakfast buffet, gotta try it!!! Highly recommended. Their bedrooms are very tidy and comfortable.

Staff, especially Paul on reception were super friendly and helpful. Had a minor problem in our room and they fixed it immediately. Restaurant was fantastic, great breakfast and dinner. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had a disabled room and the bathroom was very well set up for someone in a wheelchair. Great place to stay and I will be back.

I travel for Bussiness alot, this place is the best spot in dandenong. Ive stayed here 3 times and its great. Caleb the waiter always serves me for dinner and he is fantastic. Always makes it a great experience. Thanks Caleb, great service as always.

A fresh, clean, crisp hotel throughout. Great welcome and check-in by Don. Room upgraded due to IHG status, much appreciated. The restaurant and bar had a reasonable range of meals and drinks at acceptable prices.
