Stayed here Sunday 26th to see MJ The Musical. We were greeted by Van who checked us in, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcomed. Originally booking a 2 bdr apartment, we were given a dual key 2 bdr apartment, so lots of room, a comfy bed with everything we needed, it was greatly appreciated. The car park next door was superb with the hotel having their own exclusive, secure area in the car park for guests, with a lift straight into the hotel. Breakfast the next day was great! The staff are terrific, all wiith a smile on their face and they cant do enough to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend Mantra on Russell for your inner city stay, close to China Town, Bourke St, Melbourne Central etc.

The staff at mantra were so friendly and accommodating. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for the short stay. Great wifi and the heater indoor pool was perfect for my kids on a rainy day.

A great place to stay in CBD! •clean, spacious rooms •location is near the trams, and most attractions •walkable cafes and dining areas •QV square with Woolworths is just a 2-min walk -only note is that the elevators sometimes dont work with the keycard -reception also did not allow me to leave my luggage even though Im an Accor member due to a recent “policy” change

We’ve had fantastic 5 nights staying at Mantra. WRoom was upgraded due to our tier status, which we highly appreciated. Everything in the room was clean and functional, super comfy bed, and very spacious. Location was super strstegic to our event and to anything you want to visit in the CBD. This hotel will be our first go to whenever we visit Melbourne.

We booked a 2 bedroom dual apartment online. A couple of days prior to our arrival, we contacted Mantra on Russell directly, we realised that the apartment we booked didn’t meet our requirements. Fortunately, Huy, the Manager on duty, took control of the issue and quickly worked out a satisfactory solution. We, as a family, had a great stay. The hotel is perfect, nice staff, good location. Highly recommended!
