A new place has opened near Southern Cross Station with great accessibility! The burger patty is really thick and the sauce is excellent. They generously put in the sauce, which was really nice. I recommend the beef-loaded fries over regular fries! The gooey cheese goes really well with the beef and fries. Make sure to dip the onion rings in the truffle dipping sauce! It's a real delicacy! It's the best burger I've had in Melbourne so far! It's on a different level compared to typical fast-food burgers.

Friendly and vibey staff brings their stars to 4. Got a beef or cheese burger. Was quite well prepared but in comparison to many others. The chilli cheese fries were nice but certainly more chilli and cheese then fries. The background music was too loud for my liking, and i do enjoy music, but made for conversing not ideal.

What a great place with great food a super friendly service. Pro's! The burgers are fantastic and didn't fall apart in our hands when eating them (bonus!) and the chips and onion rings were cooked to perfection. As I said, great food! The staff were also more than happy to add a surprise candle to the top of a burger because it was my sons birthday. Thank you! Con's... The only con was that we had to listen to a staff members young child screaming it's lungs out for the whole time we were there. The parent tried to settle the child but sadly the poor kid wasn't having any of it and the customers had to listen to it. Sort of ruined the vibe of an otherwise great meal and place.
