Rooms are roomy and comfortable, the whole hotel is quite dated and needs a refurbish and renovation. The pool area did not look or feel clean. Creepy room down the stairs from the pool. Definitely not 5 stars or worth $350 a night. Water from the shower splashes all over the roof and also leaks to the floor. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good! Parking is $50 a night a bit outrageous
Stayed 2 nights in a King Spa Suite. Room was ok. Great size but some issues such as worn through area of carpet near door, some tired looking paint and a bath plug that no longer sealed (was replaced promptly). Bed was comfortable. TV would randomly turn off after an hour without being on sleep. Bath was great once it held water. Shower was tiny and had low pressure. Was an OK stay, but not really a 5 star facility and pricey for what you get. Parking was hideously expensive.
Our stay at the hotel was luxurious and provided a perfect conclusion to our trip to Melbourne. We received excellent customer service and a delightful surprise for my birthday. The reception staff were attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel's location was ideal for shopping, dining, and relaxation. It was close enough to the city centre for convenience but away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities, including a lovely swimming pool, sauna, and gym, were top-notch!
I asked ahead of our booking if they could sort out something nice for my partner because it was her birthday and said I’m fine with paying $200 for flowers if they could get some to be ready on arrival in the room. The staff pull through with a bottle of sparkling wine and a hand written notes saying happy birthday and also got her a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Absolutely amazing staff made us feel welcomed and were super helpful
No help with the bags when I brought the car around. Was recharged breakfast when I had already paid for it, spent 30 min between discussion with the restaurant manager and front desk Was frowned on as I guess a 3 gen family is not their typical clientele. Service was lacking for a 5 star hotel. On the good side. The rooms are spacious and clean. A bit dated but comfortable We will be staying at a different hotel next time.
