Very tasty and well-served. The broth was rich and flavorful, packed with fresh, perfectly cooked seafood. Great for warming up on a cold day. Good price and fast service. Highly recommended! the staff really amazing !!
Love the private booths. Great atmosphere. Had Pizzas - base was thin & dry but drinks & service is great!
came here on Monday for the $20 steak special, lots of available seating. chips and salad were good. Ordered the medium rare and the steak came out very medium to medium well, extra sauce is at $2 each. blue cheese sauce is recommended. lots of seating on the Monday, no bookings required. there's a few booths, high chairs and dining tables for seating. vibe is good and there's a traditional feel inside the pub/ restaurant.
I particularly love their steak night, as always. And also because this pub is close to where we live. I’m back here again on Monday for their steak night, oh so good😋 I ordered the porterhouse (with mushroom sauce) blue but as you can see, it was served rare - but still great😊 And I always consider this local pub as close to where I live because I’m referring to where we used to live on Lt Collins St just right across the street a stone’s throw away.
Service and atmosphere was great. Went there to watch NRL semi final. Ordered a parmy and paid extra $3 to have mash instead of chips. Portion of mash was disappointing, especially for paying extra to have it. Other than that parmy was good, side salad average but nobody usually cares about the side salad haha.
