Stayed one night to attend a Basket Ball game for my son. The reception staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was awesome with amazing food we had dinner, steak cooked to perfection, risotto and calamari. All meals were of great portion. All waiters in the restaurant were very tentative to us and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and our food was to our satisfaction. We also had breakfast as in room service which was also very nice, big breakfast and waffles plus a Latte which was all very good. Centrally located. Would definitely stay again.
An excellent stay. Good district views as the hotel occupies the top 4 floors of an 11 storey building. Liked the king bed, the shower with door, shelf for soap / shampoo / conditioner. Plenty of hooks, rails for towels. Clean and comfortable room. Kettle for tea needed a little cleaning (due to built up limescale). Would definitely stay again!
You do not leave a lot of space to write so I will have to forward a full report on my marvelous stay yet again at the Holiday Inn, Werribee. Your superb staff of Lui, May, Manager Greg, Chef and two kitchen assistants showed the quality standard of Holiday Inn yet again. I will be looking to book another room next month when I have a final date for my next meeting. Room 1044 was excellent and I would like that one again. I will contact your reception area when I have a date for February and also numbers for Dinner and Accommodation rooms required. February will be a special night as it will be my Engagement function at your Restaurant. Probably about 30-40 people. More to come on that later. I am being a bit secretive at this stage for reasons that will become clear. It is just that I want the best Venue and staff possible for my special occasion and I know this will be provided by Samantha, Sandra and staff at the Holiday Inn, Werribee. Cheers for Now until my next updated report. Probably late February on my Favourite place in Australia. Cheers all.
Great location. Excellent service by staff. Clean rooms Great brekky, Due to our flight landing 12.30am not a problem check-in at 2.30am . Even order something to eat at 3am. Has plenty of parking for guests. Highly recommend staying here. I differently will again.
To be honest, I was very disappointed with our stay. We booked 2 rooms next to each other for 4 nights over xmas to spend time with extended family. They had no facility for disabled parking onsite even tho we had booked a disabled room for my 96 year old Mum who was visiting her great grandchildren for xmas. I checked in, only to find our room had not been checked and there was no power in the room and the fridge had leaked as there were towels in the room to soak up the water. Luckily my Mum was not with me as I then had to sit in reception while they sorted the room. We were offered another "disabled" room where my sister was not next door as previously booked. When I checked the room, yes we had power and the fridge was not leaking, but so much for the housekeeping checks - there was no toilet paper ! Also, after giving all our details over the phone when booking - as we did so to make sure we had the disabled room, it took at least 15 minutes to check in, which astounds me with all the details already in their system supposedly. Also, they did not advise there was a $20.00 per day per vehicle cost for parking - I would presume if you book a disabled room, they would offer parking included. We were charged the $20.00 for the first night as we had no idea that we could pay directly to the public car park @ $5.00 per less than 24 hour stay, which is much cheaper than what they offer. Over all, it was a very expensive stay with not much satisfaction unfortunately
