Great check in - we were only dropping off our luggage in the morning but Nasa was happy to actually check us in, if we didn't mind a wheelchair accessible room, which we did not. That was convenient for us, and also that she sent up our luggage to be delivered to our room. We returned later, with our three wheeled bike/stepping machines on wheels Me-Movers, and welcomed the suggestion that we take them on up to our rooms. So that was great! Good stay, good sleep, and some welcome freebie snacks and drinks. Good job, and we had a nice stay. A little street noise came through, but it was fine.

I recently visited the breakfast buffet and the restaurants at the Four Points Sheraton, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional 😍 the staff were welcoming, attentive, and the tables were always spotless. The dining area is super clean and organized; the staff quickly cleared and reset the tables, so everything felt fresh. The buffet had an amazing variety 🧡 options for vegetarians, all kinds of milks, fresh juices, a cheese bar, and even gluten-free bread and healthy bars. I especially loved that you could customize your own omelet or enjoy a classic continental breakfast. I want to give a special thanks to Rav and seynila 🙏 they provided outstanding service with a professional attitude and really made my visit exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a top-notch breakfast and dinner experience!

We recently hosted our son's 2nd birthday celebration at Four Points by Sheraton Perth, and the entire experience was fantastic. Maya supported us throughout the planning with professionalism, clarity and patience, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also wanted to acknowledge that Kirrilly was helpful during the initial stages. On the event day, Piya coordinated everything perfectly with calm, attentive and highly organised service. Head Chef Martin, Sous Chef Po and their team delivered outstanding food that our guests absolutely loved. Meeting their team prior to the event and thanking them afterwards was absolute pleasure. Their commitment was truly showed in the quality of the dishes. Special mention to Sachid for his attentive service and Harsh from the Front desk for assisting with parking arrangements. We also wanted to appreciate Floor staff Seynila for his continuous support and responsiveness throughout the event. His warm approach, exceptional responsiveness, willingness to assist at every moment made remarkable difference and we valued his efforts. Our guests shared a wonderful feedback, with many describing the celebration as "fancy". The decor, cake setup and photography came together beautifully with hotel's coordination. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Checking in and checking out was hassle-free, so smooth. Our daily buffet breakfast was tasty and the omelette was so filling! Our kids loved the chocolate foundation station. We were located in a quiet part of the hotel facing the back which made our stay super quiet. The rooms were spacious! Fitting two double beds - perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The bathroom was spacious too, hot water plentiful. Room service was great and on one of the days the room service staff set up my kids’ stuffed animals to cutely on the bed. We loved that daily the staff would have a different drink at reception! We found it delightful to be suprise each day to a yummy sparkling drink! My favourite was from the first day where it was I think a sparkling raspberry spritz! Bonus is the games room right at the front of the lobby! There was colouring in, PS2! Board games and foosball! On Fridays from 5:30pm they have live music playing at the bar/restaurant downstairs and 10 fried chicken wings for $10! Parking was easy to find on the street and free after 6pm-8am the following morning using the EasyPark app. The only negative was there was a coupe of homeless people loitering at the front which felt a bit unsafe but due to the rain towards the later part of our stay they had relocated under the freeway bridge. Overall, highlight recommend!

We originally booked a different hotel for this trip, but when our flight was changed, we had to book an additional night here. Given a choice, we would have stayed here for the entire stay, but our original hotel was non-refundable – so we ended up staying just one night, or rather fewer than 12 hours, because our flight arrived at 1:15 in the morning. We arrived at the hotel at nearly 3:00am, but we made our plans way ahead. After booking our room via the Bonvoy app, we contacted the hotel to ensure our room was not marked as a no-show because of our flight. The hotel was very kind to respond to our request for the late check-in and several other requests we made. Upon check-in, Lucian handled us very kindly and professionally and was super friendly. When we entered our room, we loved the adorable surprise the team kindly prepared for us – we highly appreciate it. As it is super late and the flight was quite long, we decided to shower and immediately went to bed (Owh, Lucian marked our check-out a bit later than the standard check-out). Waking up slightly later in the morning, we spent our morning enjoying the surprise the hotel prepared for us while looking out at the nice view from the hotel window. Check-out was a breeze, and we moved on to our original hotel. Next time, we would definitely stay here.
