The Four Points offers competitive pricing for its excellent location, making it a great value for visitors looking to explore the heart of Perth. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay, and they were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff we encountered at reception and throughout our visit were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. Given the high level of service and the prime location, we would definitely choose to book this hotel again for our next trip to Perth.

Nice hotel located near the CBD. Walking distance to most locations within the CBD. Public transportation just outside and near the hotel including the free CAT services. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pricing reasonable for it's location.

Four Points by Sheraton Perth offers comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the Arena and transit station. The hotel's bar and restaurant are highlights, with tasty food and a good selection of drinks. While some rooms might show signs of wear, the friendly staff and solid amenities make it a decent choice for business travelers and those attending events at the Arena.

Convenient location across from the RAC Arena, though my reason for staying was a Speakers Institute Bootcamp. Comfortable rooms, modest furnishings. Excellent bathroom, clean, modern. Service adequate from front desk breakfast, bar and food. No evening restaurant but you can order a meal from the bar and there's room service all night. Parking nearby is reasonable. Within walking distance of quality restaurants.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Perth and had a pleasant experience! The rooms were spacious and the beddings very comfortable. Clean bathrooms added to the comfort. Though located in the CBD area, you might need to walk 10-15 mins for nearby restaurants. It's just a 6-minute drive to Elizabeth Quay, 15 mins walk to Perth Central Station. The breakfast spread was fair, and the hotel staff, especially Lucian and Jennifer, were incredibly friendly. Overall, a good stay!
