I recently stayed at Kennigo Hotel Brisbane and had a very positive experience. There was an issue with the TV in my original room, so I spoke to reception and was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred there as well. The receptionist who assisted me was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. To make up for the inconvenience, she kindly upgraded me to a larger room, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and turn a frustrating situation into a pleasant stay. Thank you for going above and beyond I would happily stay here again. đ

The room was good. It wasnât super cheap for a basic room but more than adequate. Canât really rate service because we didnât require any (such as room service etc). Reception staff were polite and efficient. No price list for mini bar. There were two small bottles of water in the room so we couldnât work out if they were part of the mini bar. (The bottles werenât in the mini bar) - anyway we found out they were part of the mini bar when they charged our card $10 the next day. Thought that was a bit stingy.

Great value, easy 5min walk down to Fortitude Valley shops and train station or you can have a 30min stroll into the Queen St Mall. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Very compact tho could do with a drawer and some hanging space. Shower was nice and hot. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. You can include breakfast with your accommodation and enjoy it on the terrace in the Sun. Room service and snacks available after 6pm. Wheelchair accessible and parking is available at $30 per night.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet, 24/7 reception, the lobby was beautiful and the rooms were good. The beds were super comfortable, shower had great water pressure and I loved that they give you a separate card for the lights rather than having to use your door card! The expresso bar was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered breakfast and got a beautiful latte and one of the best granolas iâve ever had! A complaint: my kettle was super dirty at the bottom and I tried to clean it myself because I love torturing myself apparently but couldnât clean it entirely. Update: second trip - clean kettle! đ i will always book with this hotel when iâm in the area.

Decent location, weâll appointed rooms, felt a bit cramped with 2 people but the bed was comfy, room was clean (all bar a little surprise under the bed, found during the âdid we leave anythingâ check). Staff were friendly and polite. Location is perfect; short walk to Brunswick Mall, China Town, restaurants, bars and clubs. Didnât eat so wonât comment on food but saw plenty of people in for breakfast and the coffee was on point đđź Definitely on the upper end of the âbasicâ price scale but youâll receive upper end of âbasicâ amenities in return.
