Parklands Social - Private Dining Room at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill
Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD, Australia
Parklands Social NY Deli & Grill
Set in the heart of leafy Spring Hill, Parklands Social is a neighbourhood deli and grill shaped by the golden age of New York’s social clubs – where the room is designed for conversation, long lunches give way to late evenings, and familiarity is built over time. The pace is unhurried, the atmosphere builds, and no one is ever in a rush to leave.
Led by Executive Chef Matthew Glover, the menu draws on New York’s most iconic traditions – reimagined with Queensland produce and a focus on seasonality. Signature dishes include house-made focaccia, chicken broth with matzo ball dumplings, and the Little Joe’s NY strip with celeriac purée, charred scallion, and café de Paris butter – alongside a classic New York cheesecake to finish.
Whether it’s a table for two, a long lunch, or something more considered, our team is here to help you settle in.

I have just spent two nights at Mercure Spring Hill and what a surprise it was: The Welcome at the desk by a very competent Vy, all information about hotel, surrounds and in-house amenities were clearly explained. The room on the 5th floor was quiet and spacious with views into the city; cleaning and service excellent! Two dinners and lunch at the Restaurant on the heated Terrace (indoor seating available) were amazing: simple yet excellent choices of local and exquisite international flavours served with charm and care. Thank you all so much, especially Matteo, Lucy, Martin and Chris. Thank you also for great management in this Accor Hotel. Well done! Mariana Amar

An excellent stay at a great location. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating of our requests, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient check in experience when we arrived past midnight. Overall, the rooms are about what you would expect for an Mercure location. Although the lack of overhead lighting and reliance on individual lamps was a slightly questionable design that made it somewhat inconvenient when it was time to sleep for the night. We were also placed in a room opposite of another building undergoing construction, and unfortunately we could hear everything that was going on outside. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay, especially at the price we paid for the trip.

Hotel staff were lovely. room was clean. Parking was absolutely not acceptable. I was dropped to the hotel by a friend who stayed a few hours from 5pm until 8pm. Driving into parking was extremely difficult with yellow painted poles everywhere with scuff previous car damage on the pillars showing how tight all the turns were. When my friend went to leave at 8pm after dark she scraped her car and causing notable damage trying to get out of the difficult angles in the dark. likely to cost $500-$1000 in damage. Parking also cost $25 dollars for such a ridiculous space. I doubt it even meets the council regulations for public paid parking.

Great location for what we are here for... Hospital. Short walk into town. A few things in the room need repair. Room wasn't ready (beds made and towels renewed) for when daughter got back from procedure. Some staff wonderful others a bit half half. Say the right thing but didn't follow through. Overall great. But not 5 stars.

Stayed for 3 nights and held our conference in the Panorama room. Wow. The service was exceptional from all staff. Thanks to Sunnie and the team. Special mention to Mateo in the bar and restaurant. You are awesome and thanks for remembering my coffee order each day. See you again soon. Steve
