This small casino is located in the heart of Canberra’s CBD. While it offers a limited selection of table games and sports betting, the bar boasts a good range of spirits and reasonably priced cocktails. Getting in is straightforward; simply show your driver’s license. The atmosphere is usually quite relaxed, and it wasn’t particularly busy during my visit. If you’re in Canberra and enjoy casinos, this is definitely a place you should check out.

A room with 20 tables, half of them closed, letting you bet and walk away from the table and come back if you win or not, if chips are still on the table and game continues you will lose those chips, depending on who you are you can continue to bet past no more bets, never play 5 hand poker, especially if you have no chips left ie if your at a $50 table, you have to have another $50 to go against the dealer. One dealer was nice till his supervisor practically came over to abuse him for something he didn’t even do wrong and it cleared the whole table out. Skip this one if your in town

It's definitely on the smaller side compared to some of the mega-casinos you see around Australia, but it's got this cool, unique vibe. What's different is they don't have any poker machines, which is a bit unusual. But honestly, the table games are a lot of fun. And the real surprise? The food! They have this amazing, authentic Shanghainese place – seriously, those chop chop noodles are incredible. It's a different kind of casino experience, but in a really good way. They have large screens to watch live sports, thats a bonus, we dont have many big screens around the city. The bar is cheap, i think its the cheapest in town cant find this kind of deal around canberra.

Really sucks that I have to write this. Absolutely shocking treatment from the floor manager and guest services, I was treated as I did not matter. After confirming during the week through their Facebook business account that they were showing the UFC card from 11pm-4am on Saturday night through to Sunday morning. It got to midnight and I was very confused that the fights weren't on, I then tried for 45~ minutes to wrangle any employee who would help, they all pointed at someone else to help and confirmed that they were showing the fights. 12:30am there were still no fights, guest services brushed me off to go back to dealing with their admin tasks as it is "not their problem". After finally getting someone to listen to me, the front desk services brushed me off telling me come back in 10 minutes because they wanted to sign someone up to play Texas Hold'Em, clearly putting their focus onto anything else but the false information they have provided me. After midnight I had no way home and nothing to do as public services stop at 12:30am. After waiting for an aditional 20 minutes they proceeded to put on ONE FC, a card that already happened 12 hrs earlier, I went back to guest services, I caught the gentleman who was brushing me off to sign a Poker play up before he walked back to guest services, after acknowledging me he turned his back to me in the middle of a question I asked "are you airing UFC? Because that's ONE FC". He did not answer and turned his back to me, walking back to guest services. Not to mention the ABUSE of alcohol consumed in this place to take advantage of people's gambling. From entering the Casino they treated me disgusting, worst customer service I have ever been to from a Casino, I have traveled to world wide and domestic and been through multiple Casinos and they were customer service focused. I am also writing a complaint to RSA and needs further investigating into the running of this Casino. also filing a professional complaint to Casino regarding the guest service workers and floor manager. 10pm Sat 27th -3am Sunday 28th was my time spent here. I was shocked at the level of customer service. Do not come here for ANY live sporting event as they might just not show it, then when trying to air it they might ignore you for 1 hour and focus their attention on admin and players with more money than you. Absolutely shocking behavior. Can't go back in time and watch a card, time is what I lost here. ARGUABLY card of the year so far as well. Shocking. They have zero idea of what they are putting on their Televisions for sports entertainment. I can't get the 1 hour 45 minutes of time back it took to travel to the Casino, I can't get my night back to watch the CARD OF THE YEAR live, I can't get the time back spent at the venue that FALSELY told me an event was taking place there, I can't get back the time I spent running around trying to get any customer service. I don't care about money, it comes and goes, my time is the most important thing to me. Give me back my time.
