Reviews for Casino Canberra

This small casino is located in the heart of Canberra’s CBD. While it offers a limited selection of table games and sports betting, the bar boasts a good range of spirits and reasonably priced cocktails. Getting in is straightforward; simply show your driver’s license. The atmosphere is usually quite relaxed, and it wasn’t particularly busy during my visit. If you’re in Canberra and enjoy casinos, this is definitely a place you should check out.

It's definitely on the smaller side compared to some of the mega-casinos you see around Australia, but it's got this cool, unique vibe. What's different is they don't have any poker machines, which is a bit unusual. But honestly, the table games are a lot of fun. And the real surprise? The food! They have this amazing, authentic Shanghainese place – seriously, those chop chop noodles are incredible. It's a different kind of casino experience, but in a really good way. They have large screens to watch live sports, thats a bonus, we dont have many big screens around the city. The bar is cheap, i think its the cheapest in town cant find this kind of deal around canberra.

If you just want a meal then the prices are good. Staff are friendly and approachable and the place is generally quiet.

Watched the Superbowl 25/2026 here in the Onyx Room. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating - going out of their way! Dimming lights and putting extra screens on, setting up a great ambience for the football. Food was fab too. Thanks ☺️.

Well, this is the closest casino I can go to from where I live. It’s a small casino, and yet crowded. Interior just soso. Not that many tables. You need to bring your physical ID with you. Or online driving license directly from NSW app (not a screenshot or photo). Easy to play here since you don’t need to create membership first.
