It's a sparking new property with a beautiful lobby and restaurant. Special mention goes to the brilliantly thought-out built-in carpentry layout in the room. It's really well done in maximising space and utility. The fittings in the bathrooms were similarly excellent. Kudos to the architects/interior designers! Check in was a little slow, taking 15-20 minutes before it was our turn. Only 1 staff was manning the check in counter at ~8pm, before 1 colleague came down just as she was done processing the group of 4 people in front of us. A big thank you to Ms Agatha for the upgrade of 1 room (Titanium Elite) to a corner room with the second room (Gold Elite) being on the same floor. No biggie as the rooms don't have connecting doors, so our kids were happy to hunt down their grandparents down the corridor. Complimentary breakfast for Platinum Elite and higher Bonvoy members is ordered from an ala carte menu, with a small spread of ceral/milk available as well. The welcome gifts were the best we have gotten across 30-40 hotels - chocolate, a cup and a bottle of wine. The free street parking lots were all taken up so we had to opt for the hotel's paid lots with a nearby building. Dinner options were very limited and we ended up at Murdoch campus cafeteria for dinner.

Beautiful hotel with friendly professional staff. Located by medical buildings and hospitals. Building complex includes several good restaurants. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. Workout room is decent size with good range of equipment. Well located between Perth and Henderson.

Stayed here for more than a week. Nice and clean hotel. Ceiling and floor window brings in natural light - we were lucky to be on higher floor overlooking St John of God Private Hospital. Seems like a new area. There are not many shops or eating places nearby. For food, we made trips to the city from Murdoch station which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel (but not sheltered). Parking is an issue here. The stay will be better of the hotel provides free parking facilities. Water pressure for the shower is fine but not strong. Will be much nicer with stronger water pressure for shower. The service of staff was great. Overall happy with the stay. Hope there will be more shops and eateries soon and hope there is complimentary parking when we come and stay again! Thank you!

OMG!!!!! I've stayed a big name hotel , and Crap, Totally crap in Perth, BUT !!!!!! THE MARRIOTT, WOW,WOW, WOW, Staff here , form the get go! Are incredible!! Soooooooo! Polite, extremely, extremely, genuine, incredibly impressive are the room, especially 724, soooooooo clean and free, the whole hotel has this incredibly warm and Nordic vibe , I've stayed in Switzerland and Geneva, this place is so reminiscent, But importantly, from marinel lovely lady at the front desk , and impressively Kay at the breakfast bar , and the restaurant attendant, Lauren, incredible warm and infectious personality, I have to go to Fremantle to stay at another hotel work has booked , and I'm here as a day early, on my acount of searching for a hotel, and this one was the fairest in price by far , at $299.00 !!!!!! Every hotel else at Fremantle wanted $690.00 - $890.00, Uber ride was $27.31 , pretty fair for the counting traveller, Over all , from a spring water offered, to the incredible smell throughout the hotel of light tones of Nordic pine , sweet flowers, and not strong or offensive on the noise , the whole experience has been totally awesome, As worked has paid for the hotel stay at Fremantle, and being there last night ,with dinner with work mates and viewing the 'other hotel , I seriously don't want to leave the Marriott!!! To go to the ' other ' hotel !!!!!!! Far to BIG , and quite honestly to angry!!! Looked like a shopping mall food court on a Saturday!!!!! YuK! Doooooo stay here at the Marriott!!!!! Awesome place and definitely, most definitely gonna' return, 100% !!!! Thankyou ❤️ to the stay at the Marriott, even that it was one night , Totally incredible!!!!

It was beautifully clean, well appointed and in a fantastic location, especially if you need to be close to the Hospitals. Our only negative was that the secure parking was not in the same building. Its in the same complex, just not directly accessible from the lobby. Also, it's an additional $25 for 48 hours, not included in the room fee. Other than that, it's a lovely hotel which should satisfy most needs.
