Pros: - all you can eat breakfast bar with lots of variety and well cooked and kept warm. Also includes use of coffee machine and a hot water canister, variety of juices. Lots of different teas and hot chocolate. - unlimited free water - 24/7 room service - free make yourself unlimited tea/coffee - staff are all very lovely - good location - valet driveway make it easy to catch ubers/taxis - near yellow cat (free city bus) Cons: - broken mattress - fridge freezes contents - wifi constantly dropping out - aircon doesnt work - pillows sink and smother you if your a side sleeper - beds roll around too easily - can hear neighbouring rooms talking The hotel could do with providing rooms with bowls/plates and cutlery, a microwave. Functional fridge and freezer.

Great but overpowering scent in lobby - Adopt a Scent free policy. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this Four Points hotel in Perth. Great location. Easy walking distance to Train Station, Elizabeth Quay, Coles / Woolworth, etc. Nice staff. However, every late afternoon (Thur Nov 13, Frid Nov 14, Sat Nov 15), around 17:30, when we came back to hotel, there was an overpowering - really really strong smell - of (not sure) after-shave / cologne / cleaning products... The smell followed us even in the elevator. Please adopt a scent free policy. Also, if the rooms were equipped with a microwave, that would be really convinient.

Twice we have stayed at this hotel and both times didn’t get any sleep. 1st time the room was at the front of the hotel, road noise made it impossible to sleep. This time the room was beside what I assume was the service elevator. Which was used continuously all night. Avoid room 105. Everything else pretty standard. Clean. Not great for the price. Average.

Stayed for 5 nights-wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight- loved the variety and the daily tasters brought around by the team. Would happily stay again!

Room 340 close to lifts, loud noise every 10mins. Let them know, but all they offer to do is not put ne there next time. Avoid any room near the lifts. Asked for a fork at breakfast and was refused because they were polishing them. Asked if I could have one of the many they were setting the other tables with and was denied. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't bother with this place.
